Just had a new Opener installed by Jacob. This guy was AWESOME. He explained everything in detail and made sure I made the right decision as to which opener would be best for our house. NO PRESSURE to buy. Our old opener started opening and closing on it's own and I really believe in this company. They installed springs on my door a few years ago, and I was so impressed with their service I knew I could trust them for the opener.

5 stars, was thankful to have a tech come out to us on a Sunday, I could not get my car out of the garage until repairs were made. Was unaware of a problem until Sunday. new springs and couplings. very professional tech Jerry. please email a receipt for us for work done. thank you very pleased with the work. I gave the tech info to place an ad in our newsletter for Solivita as we use the ads from the newsletter for services.

Garage door broke on a Sunday right after lunch. I thought I would be charged an still and leg for a Sunday service call. Was I surprised when my tech Jerry gave me the estimate. No weekend service charge and they even had a special. Door was fixed within a couple hours at a very fair price. I will definitely use them again.

This was my third time using Precision....they are always on time, the service technicians are professional, personable and honest. My door started making a lot of noise, i thought it was going to be an expensive fix but only a "tune-up" which included lubrication and some tightening of joints. What good news!

Not Happy with this Overpriced Door or the installation. it's a leaker! Damaged my Door opener upon installation. Extremely Noisy. and they tape the chain links together with electrical tape. Threshold weather-strip already curling up after 2 weeks of limited use. Poor Supplier and Customer service.

First the delay of involving your attorney to negotiate with the insurance company, then the process of actually receiving the check from the insurance company, then the requirements the State of Florida has to pass inspection. We tried everything we could to rectify the situation but, I feel that there are some things that are out of our control. We did not damage your door, tape your chain together, nor did we provide you with anything less than professional and courteous customer service. Thank you for your feedback.

Purchases springs, rollers and garage door opener. Saw the same opener in Lowe's ad for $238, we were charged $600 Also purchased new rollers, new springs, new remotes, new garage pad. Service was great, the young man installing could not have been more police more informative and hard working. But took them 9 hours.

The service was very good and reliable. I called in the morning and by noon the door man showed up for service. The gentleman performed a check up on the garage door and pinpointed the key problems the door was having and what it was doing to the garage door opener. Within two hours he was able to fix the door and install a new opener. Great Service.
