The technician was very professional and courteous. He informed me how he would go about finding out what caused the problem. Once he determined the problem, he gave me options on how I would want to proceed. He explained the choices and the cost. I was happy with his work and the final product. Great service from beginning of process to the completion of the job. Chat feature on website is easy to use. I contacted these guys at 0900 on a Saturday and by door was repaired by noon. The technician who came out, Andrew, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. A great representative for your company. Not only did he explain what he was going to do he explained how the springs that Precision installs are superior in performance to other installers springs. First installation of garage door weather seal didn't fit right according to plan. I called and another tech came out and installed an upgraded weather seal free of charge. That was definitely the ticket as it worked like a charm. Thank you

Precision was great. We called with an issue on a Friday and someone was at our door Monday. The repair ended up being exactly what they had suspected when we called on Friday and they completed the work for the exact price quoted on Monday. Our door is now opening smoother and quieter that ever and we couldn't be happier.

We were very pleased with the quick response to our dilemma. Both of our cars were stuck in our garage (the manual release didn't work either). They put our job on a rush and were here within less than 2 hours. My wife made it to her rescheduled doctor appointment. We selected the lifetime guarantee plan for the major work that was done. The technician, Nick Mcadory, was very polite and upfront with explaining the need for making the necessary repairs. He also let my wife and me make the decision as to what plan we wanted to choose (1 yr. to lifetime protection), without any pressure.

From the start to the end of this project I was always kept in the loop. Chris walked me through my garage door options and gave me the total cost and let me know exactly what the process would be. The installation tech Jaymz arrived on time and carefully explain exactly how the old door would be removed and how the new door would be installed. The men were professional, friendly, and polite.

Our garage door was locked, so we called our former garage door person. He was not available, so we checked the yellow pages. Your answering service was prompt in putting us in touch with Nick, who called us and set a time that he would be here. After assessing the problem, he communicated with us as to what was wrong, what was needed and the price. We were 100% satisfied with Nick's work. He had a friendly, helpful attitude. We will call you again if there is a problem with the garage door.
