Jeff was our tech and he was a great guy. He arrive as planned and talk to me our what was happening with the door. After talking about the door he did a evaluation found the problem with the opener which was 10 years old. he gave some options for repair /renewing the opener/door. I chose the complete overhaul of the door i.e. new spring safety eyes opener and track with wifi features etc. Very happy with the service, equipment and the tech super guy.

This is the second time (on separate residences) I’ve used Precision. They are extremely professional and the service has been scheduled the day after I called. The service techs always arrive on time and are wonderful at explaining the needed repair and showing the worn or broken parts. I’ve never felt that I was taken advantage of either. Jerrod was prompt, verified license and insurance, and listed exactly what he would be performing. The real surprise he completed the garage door "over haul" in a couple of hours, and provided all documentation electronically. Best service I have received from a contractor in a long time.

Service Tech was very professional. He repaired my garage door by installing new springs, cables, rollers and adjusting the door and belt drive. He also checked the circuit board. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars, is because he showed up 30 min after my scheduled time frame. Now they did call to let me know he was gonna be late, so that was good. When he did get there, he gave me a full estimate of what was needed and prices on everything. Service was quick and professional. He left the area clean and in working order. Also went over everything with me. Would definitely recommend them.

Am a little disappointed from the get go. I needed quick help to get my door open to get car out after balance spring came loose. I got that help but the tech was diverting request for a quick repair saying it would cost ~500.00 for a repair when I was going to purchase a new system anyway. Said he didn't have a spring in his truck. He was focusing on selling a new package. I intended to purchase a new door and power unit anyway after an estimate. He left after writing a purchase contract without reconnecting my spring leaving me a 76 yo, not smart to be on a ladder, to do the job myself. Took me 20 min. to connect the spring and all is working now. My old door is heavy and difficult for me to raise and lower manually so I needed the power unit during the interim waiting for new door installation. Nothing was broke the spring just came loose and I would think it be common practice for him to make that minor but essential fix for me prior to departing. Am optimistic that new package will be installed in a timely matter and professionally, We shall see.

The door failed on our way out of town. Precision had a technician out that afternoon. He repaired and replaced the springs, rller and cable pulleys. He was knowledgeable and explained each step. Superbly professional and technically expert. we have used them several times over the last 8 years and wouldn't think of going to anyone esle.

I have been impressed by Precision for years and they don't disappoint! We had a spring installed by precision in 2013 and had a lifetime warranty, it recently snapped and they came out and replaced it no charge! A company that stands by their work....amazing! while they were there I had them replace our old garage door opener, Nick and Blake did a superb job, they were early than expected, which is always great in my book. They were very professional guys, very respectful and went above and beyond. We did have trouble hooking up the wifi on the opener and we did not resolve it that day but the follow up from Tim, one of the managers was incredible and timely. A Linear opener experienced Tech named Scott came out and with a little effort got the wifi up and running.....you all continue to 'wow' me, I am a precision door customer for life and will highly recommend you! thank you and don't change your customer focus.
