I love my new garage door and opener. Chris who came to my house 2 days ago and made my appointment the next day, was very helpful, professional and gave me all the information I needed. The next day Matt and Alex showed up and also gave me all the information I needed to maintain my door and use my keypad to my door. I am extremely happy with there work and the look of my door. I am so happy, and I know if any thing were to go wrong, they will be here to fix it for free. I totally recommend Precision Door Service.

The technician arrived on time. Tried to fix the old opener but it wasn't repairable. He explained the different openers he could install. No pressure to buy one I didn't want. Installed the new opener and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Precision to my friends who might need their services.

Very pleased with the quick response and professional job completed on my garage door torsion spring replacement. Your service tech Jonathan was out within an hour after my call for service. Jonathan was very professional and completed the replacement with properly sized springs (I have a heavy steel door), and then thoroughly checked and realigned my door track frame and rollers (my system is 25 years old and never really serviced except for two other spring replacements). I am also pleased to have a lifetime warranty now on my garage door. Excellent job.

Arrived when promised. Super nice guys. Very competent and fully explained all the options available to fix our broken spring and why the other pieces of the door were in need of maintenance. Repairs were performed quickly and the techs covered everything with us before they left. I'd assume I won't need there services again anytime soon (hopefully) but I'd recommend them to friends if they were looking for someone.

I chose this company based on urgency and google reviews; however, I was very impressed. I was very impressed by how prompt my call was answered to the actual service itself. The customer service rep was very polite and prompt. The 2 Technicians were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Dylan was the main tech who did the explaining and discuss our options. He was great. Overall, I hope I won't be needing service, but if I do, this company will be the first place I call. I would most definitely recommend Precision Door Service to friends and family. Same day service though I had to be connected from Brevard Office to Central Florida . The technician was thorough and knows his work. He explained the principles of how a garage door works and that balance is the key. The 20 year old system was overhauled with new and proper springs, cables, bearings (on springs shaft) and end rollers. PLUS replaced old tired worn out drive motor.

The entire experience as superb. We called with an emergency service call because our door wouldn't open. After consulting with our technician we decided on a complete new door. Jacob was no pressure and was ready to do whatever we decided to do. He spent as much time as we needed to get our questions answered. The door went in without a hitch because the installers were clearly very skilled.

I have a very heavy garage door, that was trouble since we bought our home. Precision Doors have been great!! I found them on Angie's list and they are my go to company!! I had a very noisy garage that could wake up the household and next door neighbors. I called Precision Door Service and they scheduled a technician for the next day. The technician came to my home and reviewed the condition of my garage infrastructure. I had frayed cables, rusted and noisy bearings, worn door rollers and an outdated opener. After 16 years of use I wasn't surprised. The technicians advised me of the time it would take. After they completed the repair, I've now opened and closed my garage 50 times without screeching, rubbing metal noises. I can't believe the transformation ! I now LOVE opening and closing my garage. I can't recommend this company and the professionals that work there. I've shown off my new garage to my next door neighbor. They are calling Precision to schedule their appointment to get their garage door in tip top shape.

Spring on 1 of my garage doors broke on Saturday. I called to schedule service on Sunday and service was scheduled between 2-5 on Monday.Scott, the technician, arrived on time, inspected the doors, explained my options. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Both doors function like new and are much more quiet with new hardware.
