Thank you for having a human answer your phone on a Sunday when I damaged our garage door. Van showed up early Monday AM as scheduled, gave my husband and me options. We decided to repair the door. Van got to work replacing springs, rollers, railings, straightening the door, greasing everything. The door looked like new when Van was finished. Van was so knowledgeable, professional, polite, easy to have here. Thanks, Van & Precision Door.

AMAZING, found company on Angies List.. couln't believe..said open until past 11 on a Fri.., I thought right..but sent them and email anyway and received a call in a few minutes.. technician within a few hours. Luis was professional, knowledgeable, and came with the needed items..he had the torsion springs and rolooers replaced within 40 minutes!! Life was Grande!! Highly recommend.

professional website, Kalip our tech was on time, courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. After discussing our options with him we chose to have the gear replaced in our opener and Kalip adjusted our springs at no charge.We thought we needed new springs, at the very least. We will be looking to do a garage door overhaul after the holidays and will ask for Kalip to be our tech.We would highly recommend this company, and this tech.

I called around most of the day trying to find a company that can accommodate my work schedule.. Called precision pleasant over the phone answered all of my questions , made my appointment and they were able to schedule my appointment and the time frame I would be home so no need for me to leave work early. They emailed me to confirm my appointment , was there on the time frame they provided .Very impressed with the work and quality of the job from the company and the technician that come and fixed my garage door. Mr. Ryan Homan was my Technician and he did a great job. He explained the "what and why" of everything he needed to do and then he did it. All businesses will tell you how great they are but do the employees who show up at your home embody that. In this case yes, Mr. Homan was professional, friendly, and competent. The service call was easy to arrange and it was same day. The price was fair. I never want cheap. I want the fair price for great work and I got that from Precision.

We had just had our door overhauled. A few days later, one of the rollers rolled right off the track. This happened at nearly 5 p.m. on Friday. I figured "That's it, we won't be able to use the door until Monday." I figured I had nothing to lose by calling the company. Wow! The technician arrived 90 minutes later. He made some adjustments. Checked the door a good 10 times to be sure it wouldn't "slip." So polite! My husband and I are so impressed with your employees and the quality of your work!!

I cannot praise "Precision Garage Door Service" any higher! I live in Hunters Creek and my door garage door crashed shut, preventing me from getting my car out! I searched on the internet and found 'Precision'. I called them, they answered on the second ring, they were extremely helpful and understanding and they had someone at my home within the hour. One of their tech's, Kalip, showed me how the main spring had broken and the door had buckled when it fell, he suggested a full replacement and was back with a new door and spring etc. within 2 hours. 2 hours later it was fitted and working. Kalip was very professional and I commend him for his sense of urgency. Thank you Precision. I will recommend your company to everyone I know.

First off the customer service was great when making my appointment. She advised when the technician would show up and the technician called 30 min later and said he could arrive earlier than scheduled which was great. Ryan arrived at my resident and observed my garage door spring which needed replaced. He asked questions reference the age and usage of the door. He explained the cause and what he recommended.There was No added pressure. His recommendations were considered and I felt very comfortable with his explanations and recommendation reference the repairs. Ryan was very professional and down to earth guy. While he repaired my garage door springs and track wheels we talked about everything from work to recreational hobbies. I've had numerous technicians come to my house reference cable, lawn, pool etc....and very dissapointed, your always cautious who you let in your house. Ryan was awesome and my wife and I are very satisfied with the workmanship. I'll defiantly recommend your company to a friend or family.

William Shank was on time and did an excellent job, particularly since our older garage needed some modification to accept the new door. Some trim pieces had to be removed. The final installation looks very attractive and works without a hitch. He had to work quiet late, but his professionalism paid off in a job very well done.
