At first I was very upset about some issues that went on, however I received a call from Scott who was amazing and provided excellent customer service. He apologized for issues and actually refunded us $110 which was more than I actually expected!! Very impress with his actions. This changed my whole outlook and will definite refer your company and use them again in the future. Thank you,

I am so pleased with the garage door opener that I purchased November 2012 when I moved into my new home. The unit is the quietest of the three openers I've had in the past. Unfortunately, I did a boo-boo that thew the unit off-track. Precision was out the very next day and cleared the problem quickly for a reasonable charge. The technician and a tag-along trainee were neatly dressed, respectful and pleasantly conversational. It was as though we were all best friends! I will gladly recommend Precision to any acquaintances who indicate they're seeking a professional business that blatantly puts customer service as a top priority.

Scott, Thank you so much for the great customer service and super product! This thing is silent! I've never seen nor heard an opener so quiet. Amazing! The tech, Chris, was very professional and friendly. He explained everything well and took great care of me. Thank you again. Dennis

Dylan was the technician. He explained in a very soft sell way why Precision door was superior to the one I had and why there was a difference in your price of $499 and $375. I felt it was worth the difference, especially with the quiet belt and the added features of the key pad. He's a good salesman. John was with him as his helper. He was also very nice to deal with. I got the senior discount also which was very thoughtful. I will definitely recommend you to our neighbors. Sincerely, Dolores

Great service from great technicians. This is my second good experience from Precision. (Two separate issues) Service was prompt, and the work was quick and professional. The new equipment looks like it will last for years, and that's very helpful for my peace of mind.

Not sure what kind of new door it is.But the workers were quick to get it done and That was most important for us. we still have light coming thru the crack where they put up a new seal strip along the right side of the door tho. The husband complained but I think he is ok with it right now. The workers seemed in a hurry. They said they had another door to get done that evening before dark. It was done on Sept. 11,2013. I did not remember the names of any of them who came. Shirley Roberts
