We called with no notice and was a first time customer. Precision not only made sure a technician was dispatched within hours, they called to let us know when he was coming and followed up with an email. They were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to fix an almost impossible problem and get us back on track! We will call them again.

The tech actually arived early. I had some questions and he answered them knowledgably to give me confidence in the opener I selected. He installed the opener quickly and then showed me how to operate it and make any changes to the programming if I wanted to change things in the future. Overall a vey impressive job.

I called Precision at 10:00 Am, they said they would be here between 2 PM and 4 PM. Technician George arrived at 1:45 PM told me exactly the what the problem was (which I already knew) so he was honest, and did the job. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service I received from Precision. The technician, George, was profession, informative, and above all just plain nice. He explained all of my options and made it easy to choose the best course of action to repair and replace my opener right then and there. No waiting to order the opener or parts. One of the torsion springs on my door broke late Saturday night. Called for service Sunday morning and was told someone could come out that evening between 6:00 and 8:00. The technician arrived at 5:45, did an assessment of the door and hardware condition, and offered various repair options and prices. I chose to repair/replace several mechanical items because I knew they were worn out. The technician completed all of the repairs at 9:30. Now everything works smooth and quiet.
