Charlie did a great job. On the first day, He gave a fair estimate and on the very next day was able to remove the 30 year old 16 ft. door and replace with a new door and opener, and installed another new opener on my second garage within 5 hours.1st class service.

This is a great company. They come any day...no extra charge....on our last cold night, my garage door wouldn't open....I called at midnight on Saturday, got a live person who scheduled my repair the next day. There was no charge because it was under warranty. In May, a spring was installed but it was too small. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

The technician arrived according to schedule. He was very courteous and within a short time, had my door repaired! I really like that they sent me an email with the technician's picture so I knew to open the door. Well, first impressions are not always correct as was discovered in my recent experience with Precision Doors of Florida. I previously wrote that I was dissatisfied with the routine maintenance service that was done. My complaint brought me an immediate response from the company. Within days, Scott personally came out to check the doors and re-service them. I found that it wasn't so much that the original service was not done correctly but that I was not informed why certain services, that I thought were needed, were not performed. Scott took his time in thoroughly checking the doors and explaining to me why each item was done and why certain items did not need servicing. I was very impressed by the way my complaint was handled and resolved. I can now say that, whenever I have a need for any service related to my garage doors, I will definitely call Precision. Thank you for the great customer service.

This visit was the second time I had to call on Precision to fix my garage door opener, for the same problem. Even though I called late on a Saturday afternoon I was scheduled for a technician to make the service call the next day, Sunday. Though I would get service on the weekend the service call rate was the same as if the appointment was Monday thru Friday. The technician identified the problem within the first minute of entering the garage; the coupler on my Genie screw drive opener was "rounded" thereby not engaging the screw. Within 20 minutes the repair was completed with installation of a new coupler.

I really appreciated that, even though it was after 5 pm on a Friday when my garage door broke, I was able to have it fixed that same night. Hector was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be repaired on my garage door. I was so grateful that he had all the parts on hand that needed to be replaced and was able to repair everything in one visit. I have already recommended Precision to one of my neighbors who has a broken garage door!

I called yesterday because I had a problem with my garage door, related to the fact that it was not closing using the remote. I was nicely received by your dispatcher, who told me that a professional would visit me today between 12 and 2PM. This morning I received a call from your professional informing that he would arrive around 10:30 AM. In less than 10 minutes e found and corrected the problem.Congratulations.

The night before I leave for vacation and the springs pop on my garage door. In an attempt to fix it myself I almost became a one of those statistics of people in the emergency room because of garage door accidents! Called around to several places and got nowhere (one guy even told me he does emergency work... "but not today"). I found Precision, got someone immediately on the phone (thank you Ashley!) and Kalip was out to my house within an hour. Very friendly and professional and did a great job. Very much appreciated and I would highly recommend your service to anyone who needed it. Thanks so much for the great service!

In 2004 I had precision fix the spring on my door. The tech recommended an overhaul of the door due to the age. It came with a Life Time Guaranty of all parts and labor. Yesterday the spring broke and they came out within 3 hours of my call and way earlier that the appt.time. When I showed the tech my receipt from 2004 with the Warranty, he said no problem. He replaced both springs and there was truly no charge. I will always do business with a company like Precision that stands by it's warranty, no questions asked and no hassle. This is truly a great company.

On Dec 1 Precision was out to replace the springs on our garage door. The entire process was effortless. One call and everything was done. This morning the door went up and there was a loud pop. I looked and saw the cables were not tight. I called the number expecting to get an appt for Mon or Tues but they gave me an appt in less than 2 hours. The technician Kalip called and said he would be there. He was early!! After inspection he determined one of the new springs had failed and he went about replacing all the parts. I can not even remember the last time I received such expedient and professional service. Scott, your guys are the best!!
