First...there are many ads that say Overhead Garage Door...be sure you call Precision Door Service! We needed a quick repair when our garage door spring broke on 12/16 and we are so glad we called them! I called around 8:20 am, quickly received an email with appointment confirmation as well as pictures and backgrounds of their technicians. What a great idea! Eric arrived within an hour and quickly installed a new spring. A very nice and knowledgeable young man, he patiently answered all of my many questions about installing a new door. Excellent customer service and high quality products!

After being very disappointed in another company in the fact they came out and recommended a new logic board yet never returned to install it and after my inquiry as to the status (two weeks later) could not find where they even came to my address. One call to Precision and they were out the next morning and installed a new opener after discussing the futility of installing a new logic board on and otherwise burned out motor. Finished the job with professional speed and went over the operation of a new touch pad and very happy that the new closer is very quiet.

The repair man showed up on time and replaced the broken parts and also did some tune up work. He thoroughly explained what he was doing along with making an adjustment to the side rails that improved the overall operation of the door. I would give this service provider 5 stars.

Charlie was great. That's why I gave the 4 stars. Unfortunately, most everything he did I could have done with a bit of help over the phone. The touch pad needs batteries. I need to go buy those and install them. The door needed WD-40. I could have done that if you had walked me through it or suggested it before hand. I could have saved Charlie a visit and me $65. I am widowed and am on a fixed budget. This is one of many things not working right now and I am a bit overwhelmed with it all. Sorry , I am just venting a bit. I appreciate your help in the past. In the future if we can problem solve any issue that I might be able to correct, please give me that chance. Thanks.

This is the first time using precision, the main reason I choose this company was because of their A+ better business bureau rating. The service called was immediately scheduled for next day and technician called before to let me know what his estimated time of arrival would be. The spring replacement was done in a short timeframe and now my garage door is very quiet as well.

Quick, quality service. I am very happy with the response to my squeaking garage door. New opener and rollers were installed 6 months ago. Recently the squeaking started. Precision came out the day after I called and solved the problem. My opener and rollers are under warranty and I was not charged. Nice!

I am very happy with Precision. I called at 8:40am and they were able to get a technician to my home within an hour. Blake, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem and advised of various options. It took 2+hours but my door is working again and is better than new with warranted parts. Thanks Blake!

Blake was very friendly and very professional. He got my old broken garage door opener out and installed the new one promptly. He cleaned up everything and showed me how everything worked. Seemed really sincere in telling me to call if I had any questions or had any problems with the new opener.
