To my dismay I went out yesterday and could not get out of my garage door due to a broken spring. I called around for estimates and decided to try Precision. The confirmation on my email indicated the tech I would be having to my home and a bio on him so I would know what he looked like upon arriving. He called to ask if he could come early which was good for me. He was fast, knowledgable and gave me two dif- ferent prices to choose which way to go to put the new spring in. I hope I do not have any further problems but would call Precision again.

This was a return call just to adjust and lubricate the Precision system four years after installation. The original installation was so impressive - prompt, efficient, professional and reasonable that I would not have considered another company. My service tech, Luis, was great. I asked about my original tech, Ryan. "Was he still with the comany." I was told he is now a manager. Good people staying witha good company.

Van origiinally serviced our door in August 2012 with new springs, pulleys and cable. My double door stopped working consistently recently and after discussing with Van, we decided to purchase a new door after 15yrs. As always, Van did a great job and we are very pleased with the new door.

I originally signed up for a garage door tuneup, but the door opener stopped working the next day. Luis came out and explained that the door was too heavy for the springs and the trolley for the screw drive was broken. He repaired everything and installed new nylon rollers. Everything works great now. I appreciate Luis coming out on Christmas Eve. Thanks for all the great repairs.
