When technician arrived, I explained the various problems that I was having with existing system. He knew right away that it was probably the mother board in the old unit. We also discussed replacement of the rollers to eliminate noisy operation. After comparing costs with what I thought would correct the problem and installing a whole new drive system, I decided to go with the new system (which included new drive and belt system, new wall unit, new remotes and new sensors). After installation, operation of garage door was very quiet and smooth and roller replacement was not warranted which saved me some money. I was very satisfied with the technician and quality of work performed. I would definitely use Precision Door Services again and would recommend them to anyone.

I was going to install this myself but didn't have the time for a few weeks. Kalip was "EARLY" and called to see if I was available. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional, explained everything to me and was done within an hour which made me jealous because it would have taken me all day.

I was provided with 2 options for repairs and the technician answered all questions I had. Job was completed within about an hour and my garage door is working great! I also enjoyed the later hours that were available so that I didn't have to take time off of work waiting for someone!

I had an incredible experience with Precision. There was a little "accident" and my door was no longer functional. I called in the morning and had George show up about 45 minutes later. I showed him what was wrong, he provided me all the possible options in a way I could understand them. Customer service from George was great and so was the work he did on my door! The entire process was easy and seamless for me so it made it even better. There was no pressure to upsell like some other companies. Give these guys a call they are friendly and knowledgeable.

Tremendous Kudos to Precision Door Service, and to the Technician, Mr. Ross Helwig,who provided the estimate and procedure for my garage door replacement that he will perform when the specified steel door ordered, will arrive. To avoid hitting the cats, a while back, I inadvertently backed into my garage door, leaving dented panels,which obviously can be replaced. My sole concern was for the safety of the cats, and they were ok. Mr. Helwig called prior to arriving, this morning, to give me his approximate arrival time, and, as indicated, he rang my doorbell at the exact specified time of arrival.
