I work for a property management company in the Davenport area and we always use your service. We have always found your work to be of high quality and your service reliable. Our technician - Blake - was polite, courteous and knowledgeable, he did a fantastic job. We had to have multiple parts on our garage door replaced, now it is working beautifully. I would be happy to recommend your company to anyone. Thank you.

The Technicians were very professional and took pride in the work. This is not found to often in a lot of businesses like yours. I do not rememeber the names of the techs but the one that really impressed me was the lead tech from the way it appeared. By the time he was done plus selling me I was about to buy a new garage for me and my neighbor. He is a very good sales person and I feel trustworthy. I would recommend your company to anyone in need of this type of repair. Thank you for sending two of your best. Kim Benken first name is Kim vice Tim

Hello. What an unexpected great experience. George was efficient, knowlegeable, polite and even called another tech to make sure all options had been presented to us. As an added bonus the setup to our car and explaination of the troubleshooting and code changing made us feel like pros ourselves. We are looking to buy another home and will definately call on george for any future needs. Lastly we love the quietness and lock option on the wall switch. Thank you so much. Carlin

My previous, damaged garage door was replaced by Ross H. He arrived promptly, explained details and costs, and performed the installation of the new door proficiently and professionally. After installation, he went above and beyond in demonstrating the operation of the new door and patiently answered all my questions. ... Ross is very knowledgeable and his professional, polite manner lends toward his being an outstanding representative of Precision. ... Needless to say, I am very satisfied with Ross's workmanship as well as the costs for the new overhead door; and I highly recommend your company to others.

What a pleasant experience it was to receive the help needed from Chris. He was so knowledgeable and more than willing to share his insights with me. We had an unusual problem resulting from a poor repair several years ago from another company. Chris fixed it in an expert manner and helped me to feel very comfortable in understanding the workings of our garage door. And I couldn't believe how quick the response time was from when I called!

We've had Precision help us out in the past and were very satisfied with their service. Our most recent service entailed the replacement of our garage door opener. My husband and I were extremely pleased with Billy (the kid), our technician. He was quite knowledgeable, thorough, patient, explained everything he did, and showed us how it all worked. We will definitely call on Precision again, if the need arises. This company seems to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. That's a rare thing in this day and age. I highly recommend Precision, without hesitation.
