Our old garage door broke down again, so we called Precision. They had worked on my garage door back in 2003 and recently on August 2014. When I called, Precision Representative was very nice and immediately had all my information. She scheduled an appointment same day within the hour. Jonathan came out again. He is extremely a pleasant person. He really listens carefully to our concerns without any interruption. He then goes to work and makes our door functional again. I asked him for a quote on installing a new garage door and opener, which he did. I will be replacing it within the next three months immediately after we paint our home.

This is the second time in recent weeks I have used your services. I would not hesitate to recommend you. Our Tech was Ross H....he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and swiftly completed his tasks. First triphere, he replaced and added springs to the door, new bearings, rollers, etc. then reinforced it with a cross bar. Today, he installed a key pad for easy entry, and re-activated my car remote.

First I want to tell you what a great person Andrew Hecker is. My garage door spring had broken and I needed a new key pad and I knew I probably would need a new opener because my old one was 18 years old. Andrew was patient with me, showed and explained everything to me. I felt more comfortable having him put in a new opener because of the age and the wear and tear on the old one. I will recommend this company to anyone. thank you

On 1/31/15 we had Billy come out to service our garage, and install a key pad. We had a very old garage system. We really did not know much about garage systems. The fact that Billy took his time to explain everything and discuss our options was great. He is very personable, knows what he is doing, and does it with a smile. We defiantly would recommend this technician, and will use Precision Services again. One complaint I do have is that there is a huge logo on the keypad that goes on the outside of the house. I really feel like it should be plain since its attached on the outside of your home. The one on the inside is fine, and discrete.

We came home late evening on a Friday and opened our garage door and then could not close it due to it being off the tracks. We were referred to Precision, received a call from the office who scheduled a technician to come to our home that night. The tech was very professional and the services we received were well worth the cost. We would use services from Precision for any of our garage door needs.

We purchased our garage door from Precision in late 2013 and were totally satisfied with the service - from Jessica who worked with me on the phone for appointments - to the installation. We've never had a garage door that operates so quietly - and it is an insulated, two-car garage door. The Technicians were very professional and took pride in the work. This is not found to often in a lot of businesses like yours. I do not rememeber the names of the techs but the one that really impressed me was the lead tech from the way it appeared. Had absolutely no issues with Precision. Scott turned up very quickly after the phone call, literally within a couple of hours. He had everything we needed to solve the issue on the truck, and replaced it all again within a couple of hours. Helped us do the codes and program the cars as well. I'd recommend this company.

What a pleasant experience it was to receive the help needed from Chris. He was so knowledgeable and more than willing to share his insights with me. We had an unusual problem resulting from a poor repair several years ago from another company. Chris fixed it in an expert manner and helped me to feel very comfortable in understanding the workings of our garage door. And I couldn't believe how quick the response time was from when I called!
