A car was driven through our garage door Precision was the only company that could do the job right away. Other companies wait time was three to four weeks. Since one car was trapped in the garage, that would not do. Not only did they do it fast, Quality and service were unmatched. My only complaint is that it is so quiet I can't hear my wife pulling into the garage. Regardless I would recommend and use Precision again. Pdv.

Precision was professional from the beginning to the end. Very organized, using modern tools of communication (web, email) in a excellent and effective way. Estimate was done right at the job-site with a internet connected tablet computer, took only seconds to get the estimated price and I had been given three options for the repair. The technician Jonathan Gonzalez arrived on time and gave me an enroute call as promised. Jon is a very skilled, professional and extremely courteous expert. Checked the door, the mechanics and everything out. Gave me an electronically prepared overview about the condition of my door and it's mechanics. Made suggestion (suggestions only, no pressure) of repairs, maintanance. Advised me of future small maintenance I could do myself. We decided to replace both springs, and install a center bearing. The materials used are Precision labeled OEM parts, seem to be from high quality. Work was done in no time, professional, knowledgeable and clean. Jon even tightened up some loose screws on the door for no charge. Garage door was tested for balance, drive was adjusted for strength and opening range. Door is now working perfect, closes straight and level, and is now quiet due do the new springs. Jon never rushed and took great pride in his workmanship. Jon is a true asset for Precision, and he is one of the main reason, I will stick with Precision in the future.

The technician arrived less than 2 hours after we called! This is the second time that we've had rapid, professional and reasonably-priced service from Precision. I wouldn't consider calling another garage door company.

My original techs name was Jason but he is no longer there. I paid cash upfront and the job was incomplete and I waited several weeks to get the other half of my service just to be billed again. I would definatly not recommend them.
