Luis arrived on time and performed a maintenance check as I asked. The garage door had not been serviced since 2005. He said the door springs still looked good but suggested replacing the steel rollers with nylon rollers. He adjusted the springs for balance so the opener did not have to work so hard lifting the door and lubricated all moving parts. The door runs quieter than it did. I'm sure getting the opener serviced will make it last longer. Thanks Luis.

Luis came on time as scheduled, diagnosed the repair problem, and quickly made the repair on a garage door that wouldn't close. He was very personable and polite.
