On 1/31/15 we had Billy come out to service our garage, and install a key pad. We had a very old garage system. We really did not know much about garage systems. The fact that Billy took his time to explain everything and discuss our options was great. He is very personable, knows what he is doing, and does it with a smile. We defiantly would recommend this technician, and will use Precision Services again. One complaint I do have is that there is a huge logo on the keypad that goes on the outside of the house. I really feel like it should be plain since its attached on the outside of your home. The one on the inside is fine, and discrete.

We came home late evening on a Friday and opened our garage door and then could not close it due to it being off the tracks. We were referred to Precision, received a call from the office who scheduled a technician to come to our home that night. The tech was very professional and the services we received were well worth the cost. We would use services from Precision for any of our garage door needs.

We purchased our garage door from Precision in late 2013 and were totally satisfied with the service - from Jessica who worked with me on the phone for appointments - to the installation. We've never had a garage door that operates so quietly - and it is an insulated, two-car garage door. When i called for a service visit, Andrew called me within one hour and was at our home shortly thereafter. He was efficient, professional and courteous in the corrections and servicing of our door. The Technicians were very professional and took pride in the work. This is not found to often in a lot of businesses like yours. I do not rememeber the names of the techs but the one that really impressed me was the lead tech from the way it appeared. By the time he was done plus selling me I was about to buy a new garage for me and my neighbor. He is a very good sales person and I feel trustworthy. Had absolutely no issues with Precision. Scott turned up very quickly after the phone call, literally within a couple of hours. He had everything we needed to solve the issue on the truck, and replaced it all again within a couple of hours. Helped us do the codes and program the cars as well. I'd recommend this company.

Hello. What an unexpected great experience. George was efficient, knowlegeable, polite and even called another tech to make sure all options had been presented to us. As an added bonus the setup to our car and explaination of the troubleshooting and code changing made us feel like pros ourselves. What a pleasant experience it was to receive the help needed from Chris. He was so knowledgeable and more than willing to share his insights with me. We had an unusual problem resulting from a poor repair several years ago from another company.
