Actually I had a problem with Precision a couple of months ago wherein I was not happy with the way you did business but it was completely resolved by Ryan Homan. I had the door come loose from the track at 5:30 in the evening. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. She gave me an appointment of 7:oo to 9:00 that night. The service guys were there and repaired the door by 6:30. They were extremely courteous and professional. I highly reccomend Precision Door.

First of all, unlike a number of other companies I contacted, Precision Door Service recognized an emergency and had a technician out to my house within a few hours, instead of a couple of days. The technician, Van Babcock, was prompt, knowledgeable, and repaired my garage door springs and rollers, and installed a new door opener quickly and without a mess. You cannot hear the door moving now.

My garage door would come down to close and than go back up. A service man came out and made an assessment of the problem. It was decided that I would need a new door.They called the next day and said they could be at the house early if that was okay with me. They arrived and went right to work and had it done in no time at all.The young men were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash and old door with them. Previous experience with Garage door Compainies left me dismayed. Last night I go thome late and my garage door would not close. I called a "different company" that you would find under "Maitland Garage Door Repair" and it was late. The lady I spoke with took my information and told me that the Service man who had been here 2 times in the past month and this visit would make it 3 times in the last month. I waited and waited and waited and no one showed up. I tried to call and see what was going on? And each time I called, the person who takes the calls would hand up before she even said one word. All I can say is they were the most unprofessional service people I had ever had an experience with. Then this morning I called Precision Garage Door Company and they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the on men I had worked with prior to Precision Coming. Precision showed up exactly on time and he was so helpful, very polite and made good common sense suggestions. Luis Soto was the ultimate professional. When our garage door stopped moving naturally we thought the opener was failing. I was suprised because the precision system seemed very efficient.
