Listened to my needs and provided a very accurate estimate. He was very helpful helping me find the best doors for my needs. The person that came to install the doors and motor and electrical, was excellent, efficient friendly and answered questions thoroughly. Product more than met my expectations at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone with no reservations. Garage left clean ad neat after completion of the job. Called on Sunday and received polite service and estimate on the phone to replace a broken garage door spring. Was able to make my selection of appointment times for Monday and was provided with the name of Andrew, the assigned technician. Andrew arrived promptly at the beginning of the two-hour window, reviewed the garage door and confirmed the estimate. He was soooo polite. GREAT experience... THANK YOU!

i discovered precision door a couple years ago when i got a new door opener. i wanted something quiet and you delivered. you might be a little more expensive but the quality is worth it. everybody talks about how quiet and smooth my garage door operates. when a spring snapped, i automatically called precision door. the tech was prompt and efficient and friendly. After going with another company for a previous garage door repair and not being totally satisfied, I tried Precision on the advice of my girlfriend who had used them prior to my meeting her. They were everything she said they'd be and more. The technician, Andrew, was spot-on brilliant when it came to garage doors and it was quickly apparent that he cared more than just getting his paycheck. He went out of his way to make sure every component installed performed to his high standards. My garage door needed springs replaced so I searched the web for companies that performed service in my area. The first two I selected I got an answering machine. When I called Precision @ 12:25 Amber answered took my information and scheduled a same day appointment between 1-4 within 10 minutes Eric called to say he would be at my home in 45 minutes. He arrived on time and we discussed the issues with my door he worked up a 3 option plan that would replace the parts needed to repair w/ 1 yr. warranty, replace parts needed plus center bearing assy. w/5 yr. warranty, complete mechanical rebuild of the door w/ life time warranty. We went with the complete rebuild Eric was very professional and he worked quickly to complete the task. Great job... 5's across the board. I would recommend Precision ( Eric ) to anyone.

Blake was at my home early and I was not there. My family called me and he talked to me about my issues and what he thought was the best solution. I gave him the OK to move forward. When I arrived home he greeted me and went over the plan and I was very satisfied with everything he was going to do. Very pleasant and efficient and for all the work he had to do, he was fantastic. When the job was completed he showed me everything that was done and how it works and the quality of the replaced parts. I was very happy with his professionalism and his excellent work.
