Very professional experience from the time I called until the job was finished. Technician Andrew was great. He explained everything to me and completed the job in a very timely manner. The reason for my call was the top tracks were completely worn and the rollers needed replacement. After the repair the door operated very quietly. I thoroughly enjoyed the technology used by the company concerning invoice and payment.

William did a great job upgrading our 16 year old door opener, springs, rollers, etc. to a new belt drive system. I would have never believed a garage door could be so smooth and quiet. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed. I decided to get all the recommended services because safety, security and peace of mind are of greater value then price alone. Also same day service is a huge plus over the big box stores, where you have to wait until the installer calls you back.

Actually I had a problem with Precision a couple of months ago wherein I was not happy with the way you did business but it was completely resolved by Ryan Homan. Ryan told me rather than lose me as a customer he would hope that I would consider giving Precision my business in the future. Smart move on Ryan's part because that's exactly what I did. I had the door come loose from the track at 5:30 in the evening. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. She gave me an appointment of 7:oo to 9:00 that night. The service guys were there and repaired the door by 6:30. They were extremely courteous and professional. I highly reccomend Precision Door.

My garage door would come down to close and than go back up. A service man came out and made an assessment of the problem. It was decided that I would need a new door.They called the next day and said they could be at the house early if that was okay with me. They arrived and went right to work and had it done in no time at all.The young men were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash and old door with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

First of all, unlike a number of other companies I contacted, Precision Door Service recognized an emergency and had a technician out to my house within a few hours, instead of a couple of days. The technician, Van Babcock, was prompt, knowledgeable, and repaired my garage door springs and rollers, and installed a new door opener quickly and without a mess. You cannot hear the door moving now.

Great service! The Technician showed up on time, very quickly assessed the problem, and completed the adjustments within his original estimate. Both doors were tested, inspected for any current, or potential issues, and the rollers and hinges were lubricated. Very professional service beginning with my call for an appointment to the follow up contact. Very competitive pricing was the "icing on the cake!
