I had your advertisement from Value Pak. When I called I received prompt and professional service. Dylan May is an asset to your company. Not only was he courteous but very thorough, explaining everything he did. He cleaned up after he was finished with the job. I finally bought a new computer and that's the reason for this review being typed almost two months after the job was completed. We are still happy with the work he did for your company

Our Garage door would not close this morning and by 2:30 pm Eric was at our home replacing our garage door opener and repairing the door by replacing door rollers. Price was fair, work quality was excellent and tonight we have a Quiet and safe garage door opening with a wall keypad included. Eric even reset my car with the new remote.

I was so frustrated with my garage door I almost drove my car through it to solve it! I had seen one of your trucks the other day and it stuck in my mind. So I called today and 2 hours later Bill showed up and fixed the whole thing in a snap. He saved what was an awful day and was super friendly too! Amazing service!!!!! My spring broke and I knew I'd need it fixed soon. They offered to do it that night, but I was fine waiting until the morning. Charlie was very pleasant, polite, patient, explained everything and helped me get exactly what I wanted (I ended up adding the roller replacements). He said their prices were a little higher than some of the competitors but their service was much better and they can offer longer warranties. I appreciated the honesty. I always use Precision and I always ask for Luis because he works fast and does it right the first time. Service by Luis was awesome! He fixed the broken wall opener, remote opener, and was able to identify issues with the circuit that were keeping the door from closing intermittently. He also told me he could make the door more quiet and he did! I had no idea it didn't have to be so loud. I am highly satisfied with the work that was done by Dylan and Luke. Dylan also gave me several maintenance tips to use in the future in order to keep the door in good working order. For clarification, the techs performed an door overhaul, but that selection isn't available in the dropdown box for the type of Purchases.

I couldn't believe that I was offered a service appointment for between 3:30 and 5:30 on a Saturday when I called at about 2:15 on that same Saturday! Eric called me at 3:00 and said he was about a 1/2 hour out; he rang my doorbell at 3:30. I left him to do his job while I rounded up the cat, who was trying to get into the garage, and when I returned about 10 minutes later, he was finished the work. It was a simple matter of replacing two screws that had come out and allowed a panel to come loose, keeping the door from closing properly. Eric explained clearly the problem, the solution, and in response to my request, provided me with complete information about replacing the garage door, which is original to the 20-year old house. He didn't try to upsell the product and answered all my questions clearly and completely. We're definitely going to replace the garage door, probably by the end of the month, and Precision will get the job.
