You were excellent. The problem with our garage door was treated, as though, emergency and you came out several hours after we called. To me, it was an emergency. A night with our garage door 1/4 way open is not conducive to a good nights sleep. Many critters could have come in our garage. Again, I say thank you

Our Garage door would not close this morning and by 2:30 pm Eric was at our home replacing our garage door opener and repairing the door by replacing door rollers. Price was fair, work quality was excellent and tonight we have a Quiet and safe garage door opening with a wall keypad included. Eric even reset my car with the new remote.

So I called today and 2 hours later Bill showed up and fixed the whole thing in a snap. He saved what was an awful day and was super friendly too! Amazing service!!!!! My spring broke and I knew I'd need it fixed soon. They offered to do it that night, but I was fine waiting until the morning. Charlie was very pleasant, polite, patient, explained everything and helped me get exactly what I wanted (I ended up adding the roller replacements). He said their prices were a little higher than some of the competitors but their service was much better and they can offer longer warranties. I appreciated the honesty. It's rare to hear that from a company these days.

I always use Precision and I always ask for Luis because he works fast and does it right the first time. He also spotted a problem with the door panels before it became apparent and I was able to get the door replaced without having to deal with a jammed door that could not be opened. Great work guys
