The service provided was Dylan was excelent. He was very professional all the time and just at looking and what he was doing you understand the high level of expertise you have to have to do this kind of job. My spring broke and I knew I'd need it fixed soon. They offered to do it that night, but I was fine waiting until the morning. Charlie was very pleasant, polite, patient, explained everything and helped me get exactly what I wanted (I ended up adding the roller replacements). He said their prices were a little higher than some of the competitors but their service was much better and they can offer longer warranties. I appreciated the honesty. It's rare to hear that from a company these days.

I always use Precision and I always ask for Luis because he works fast and does it right the first time. He also spotted a problem with the door panels before it became apparent and I was able to get the door replaced without having to deal with a jammed door that could not be opened. Great work guys

Service by Luis was awesome! He fixed the broken wall opener, remote opener, and was able to identify issues with the circuit that were keeping the door from closing intermittently. He also told me he could make the door more quiet and he did! I had no idea it didn't have to be so loud. Luis reviewed all the parts of my garage system with me and gave me great advice on how to maintain and when to replace. Thanks! Kathy

I am highly satisfied with the work that was done by Dylan and Luke. Dylan also gave me several maintenance tips to use in the future in order to keep the door in good working order. For clarification, the techs performed an door overhaul, but that selection isn't available in the dropdown box for the type of Purchases.

I couldn't believe that I was offered a service appointment for between 3:30 and 5:30 on a Saturday when I called at about 2:15 on that same Saturday! Eric called me at 3:00 and said he was about a 1/2 hour out; he rang my doorbell at 3:30. I left him to do his job while I rounded up the cat, who was trying to get into the garage, and when I returned about 10 minutes later, he was finished the work. It was a simple matter of replacing two screws that had come out and allowed a panel to come loose, keeping the door from closing properly. Eric explained clearly the problem, the solution, and in response to my request, provided me with complete information about replacing the garage door, which is original to the 20-year old house. He didn't try to upsell the product and answered all my questions clearly and completely. We're definitely going to replace the garage door, probably by the end of the month, and Precision will get the job.

Dylan was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained our garage door problems in layman's terms and helped us find the best solution. He promised the price he quoted was "all-inclusive". I was skeptical, but hoped the add'l service fees and taxes wouldn't be too high. When he finished, I was so thrilled to sign on the "dotted line" for the EXACT amount he quoted. It was not one penny over the price we'd agreed to. Exceptional service and a fair price -- what more could I ask for...(other than for my garage door not to have broken in the first place!) but thankfully, we have a lifetime guarantee now!

My belt driven garage door opener stopped working today. (Sunday) I goggled garage door repairs and found Precision Doors. I called at 12:20 and at 4:20 Van was at my home, installing a new belt driven garage door opener. The new opened is quiet and of much better quality than the one being replaced that weas installed by the builder 3 years ago. Van explained everything he was doing, cleaned up my garage after the job was finished and was very professional through the installation. I am very pleased.
