Holly, scheduled the appointment for me. She was very patient with me and worked around my schedule to set up an apointment. Thank You Holly! Dylan was the technician who came out and did the repair on my garage door. I had one of 2 springs that was broken. He told me about the different options from just replacing the broken spring up to doing a total rebuild. I opted for the total rebuild because I knew the strain the unbroken spring had been under and I knew the rollers were wearing out. So, I figured all of the other components were wearing out too. Dylan was fast effcient and explained everything and answered all my questions. Thanks Dylan! Great job! The door is much quieter now.

Very fast and friendly service. Eric was the installer and he was very much down-to-earth and professional. He was fast and efficient and if I need service again, I would hope to see him again. I usually tip for great service and I feel bad that I forgot to tip Eric (the money was in my pocket!). One of the things I appreciated about Precision's work is that I was given options. I ended up going with the lifetime deal on the belt-drive opener, springs, bearing plates, drums, cables, and rollers. No worries anymore with the garage door. Time will tell on whether the lifetime warranty materials are worth the additional cost. At this point, I believe it is the best deal and the quality of the hardware was obviously superior. Did I mention that the belt-drive opener is whisper-quiet? Amazing.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door. My tech was Eric. He was on time and did a through inspection of my garage door system. All I needed were new springs. Eric was very professional and friendly. His workmanship was very good and he completed the job in 30 minutes.

I have always used another company and frankly have been disappointed with their customer service. I had a major issue with my garage door on a Sunday( of course) and I called your company after seeing your BB rating. The staff were very nice and efficient and assured me the tech would be here Monday morning. Eric arrived promptly and went over several options with me and I KNEW that my 15 year old equipment was on its last leg. He did not try to pressure me into any extra parts or services and actually helped to save me funds. He did an excellent job and my garage door and all new parts are so QUIET I can't tell when it's opening and closing anymore!!!! What a difference and I absolutely loved Eric's explanations and attention to detail with every facet of my repairs!!! PRECISION ROCKS!!! Kevin called me 30 minutes before his arrival and he arrived right on time. He was very courteous, showed me the problem with the springs and explained my options. The repair was done in less than an hour and Kevin was on his way and I was extremely happy that I had a working garage door again. I am very happy with the customer service and work that Precision has provided to me. I will continue to use their services for any future garage door issues.
