I attempted to open my garage door to go to work and the door's spring broke leaving me unable to open the door alone manually. I looked on-line and quickly just randomly chose Precision because it was 4pm and they offered 24/7 service. What a lucky choice! I spoke to a very nice girl and she scheduled a technician. The technician called me within 15 minutes to inform me he was on his way. His name was Eric Heintz. I showed him the problem and he took the time to explain to me what role the spring plays in the operation of the door. I also wanted to replace the rollers in the past but never attempted that task. He offered to perform that for me along with the cable set and bearings. The garage door has never been so smooth and quiet and the price was excellent for the amount of labor and parts involved. This whole job was completed in 2 hrs from when I first called for service through the time Eric was leaving. Amazing! This is an A++ business in my opinion and I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement performed. Thank you Eric and Precision!

We had a complete replacement of garage door, motor, springs, rollers, cable, etc. Precision installers did an awesome job of installing the new equipment, cleaning up their mess, explaining how to use the new product and the extent of the warranty. They arrived on time, were very professional throughout the time they were there, and did a top notch job. I'd definitely recommend Precision to other customers.

My experience, was moving back into my home after many years and finding much of the house in disrepair including the garage door that was inoperable. Contacting PDS and getting an appointment was very easy, the tech called to inform me that he was on his way, less than an hour. Once he arrived the technician performed an evaluation of the door provided me clear descriptions and options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the garage door industry and extremely professional. I chose the garage door refurbish, which replaces rollers,springs and tightens the bolts. He also took the time to explained how to perform basic upkeep maintenance for the door. Overall Five Star great job!

Called at 7:15 am because our door was stuck in the down position and we needed to get the cars out and go to work. By 8:15 am the door was opened and by 10:00 is was totally refurbished. Responsive service in a desperate situation. Not cheap, but worth it.

The scheduling person was polite and friendly to set up my appointment. Dylan M. called 30 min. before arriving and was 15 min. ahead of appointment time. I had a spring broke on my garage door. Dylan took time to explain my options and cost. Dylan is an outstanding technician and very polite. Dylan deserves 5 STARS Excellent. This kind of service is very rare in central Florida.

Great Job! I called the DeBary number with an emergency need to replace our damaged beyond repair garage door because we were leaving town in two days and would be gone for at least a week. The office personnel were very efficient, friendly, professional and got a technician to the house in less than one hour who very efficiently gave us an estimate. A door had to be picked up at the warehouse, the installer arrived ahead of time, was very professional, friendly and installed the new door and opener the same day. Only because the day that the appointment was set, had to be changed due to the installer being double booked. 5 stars for Chris Wheaton, the guy who came out both times , once to give me an estimate, and the second time for the install, was awesome. I called Precision late in the day. Our spring had broken and I could not get the door open. Expecting to have to wait until the next day for service, to my great surprise they responded they could be out within 3 hours! They called in one hour and were there in 30 minutes. They had the necessary parts and had my oversized door up and operating in 45 minutes or so. Great customer service and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service. FIVE stars for sure!

Your company is a 5 star business. The repair person arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and did it.
