We chose your company because of the replacement springs that were offered. It just seem to be a better deal to get the longer lasting springs for a door that is moving up and down all the time. My neighbors had got other quotes for less but when I looked at the springs that were installed I didn't get the best feeling ?? We found Precision on the web and we called and the lady and she explained the whole process and why the cost. The service call includes a photo of the service person coming to your home !!!!! How big is that ! The wife knew exactly who would be there to service our home and I really like that so it also is worth the cost. I would use then again and we are passing their name on to the rest of homes here since there is a rash of springs breaking in this area. The door is really quiet and smooth. I think we may get the nylon rollers next time if we do a repair again.

When I called early Friday afternoon, to my surprise they were able to scheduled to see what was my problem the same day. The technician Mike was very professional and immediately was able to tell me the problem. He recommended what product I needed and after installing my new garage opener he walked me through on how to work the remotes and how to maintain it by lubricating the wheels at least two times yearly. I am very satisfied with my new garage opener and how quiet it is. Thank you

We had a spring break on our door, so I sat down and started looking on line for a repair service. While there were plenty to choose from, I felt real at ease when I talked to the agent on the phone. He let me know how much it would cost, when the tech. would be here. One of our garage door springs broke last night, and we made a service appointment for today. Andrew arrived within the stated time frame and even called to let us know when he was about twenty minutes away. " Kevin, " was very professional and helpful. just one thing, I didn't receive a receipt ,or work order depicting(spelling out), repairs done, perhaps an oversight by someone. Knowing that you have my net address, I expected to find a receipt being e-mailed ? I would still recommend your company.

I came home to find my garage door wouldn't go up, which I quickly saw to be a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door at about 2 PM and Dylan was here before 4 PM.
