The serviceman arrived two hours earlier than promised, yet within two hours of my call. He was quick and thorough. Hopefully the company recognizes and rewards such personnel.

Great service and price. I called at about 2:30p on a Monday and they were able to get out and fix my door (a sensor & wiring problem) by 5pm the same day. The rep on the phone was great! My initial window was 3-5pm, but the regional manager or someone called to notify me that it'd be 5-6 , no later than 6. All of their communications and documentation is done electronically and is very thorough. The tech who performed the service was kind, smart, helpful and did a great job. I'd recommend this place again in a heartbeat.
