Second garage door w/opener installed by Precision. I hghly recommend them. Rarely do I make recommendations for service companies as they are usually lacking in perfomance, ethics, or customer service. This is not the case for Precision. They do what they say they will do.... no unexpected charges. The company has high ethics and terrific customer service, from the adminstraive side of the business to the installers. The garage door spring broke on a Friday and I was leaving for vacation the next day. My first thought was Precision Garage Doors as I have seen them advertise on Bright House. The appointment was set for Sat afternoon, but Blake, our technician called early in the morning with an opening. He promptly assessed the situation and went to work. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He completed the job very quickly and professionally. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door to friends and neighbors. Thank you Blake!

Five stars! Our garage door was not opening, the mechanism was moving but the door would not open and close. Kevin was dispatched the same day. He promptly diagnosed the problem, explained it, and told me exactly what should be done to repair it. His work was exemplary, and he finished it promptly. He performed a general maintenance as well. The door needed a new seal on the bottom, and he returned the next day with the replacement part. Kevin was knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. He explained how the door should be handled manually in the event of a power outage. I had full confidence in his expertise. A very good customer service experience. Thank you Kevin, and thank you Precision, very much appreciated!

My garage door springs broke right after I parked inside and the door closed. This happened on a Friday afternoon and the technician was working on fixing it literally 25 to 30 minutes after I called, then replaced my springs and rollers in no time at all with all new parts. I think this is probably the best service I ever had with anybody. I expected it to be fixed after the weekend at best and since I could not open the garage door at all to get my car out I was preparing myself for a not going anywhere weekend. They saved the day and my weekend, I highly recommend them and could not be any happier with their service.

Sales person Ken, was very professional. Garage Door was installed when promised. Service person, Collin, was very professional, and worked continuously and hard, due to numerous problems which arose. The only disappointing aspect of install, no one informed me that the vinyl trim to seal sides and top of door, do not come with the installation and is extra cost. Both my friend and I could not believe that sealer vinyl trim was the normal install. This makes the install look unfinished. Had friend, who was visiting the day door was installed. He had garage door installed in Davenport by another company, the vinyl trim was included. There are slight gaps on side of door; noted last night, light and some rain came through the side of the door, when wind blew during rain storm. Would be beneficial to clearly inform customers of additional cost and not part of normal install. Would recommend your company, with reservations. If had trim part of regular install, would be 5 star job.

Had a new garage door system installed in May 2015. Everything was done to perfection. Awesome service at a good price. Had an issue with the door in that it would open back up once it closed. I had the power go off at the same time I was opening the door and it apparently uncalibrated itself just enough to cause an issue. Precision tech was out today, made a quick adjustment to recalibrate it and everything works fine again. Nice thing was that there was no charge!! Pleasure to do business with!!

Billy Price from PRECISION DOOR SERVICE was here today to replace the broken spring on our garage door. I called at 8:00a.m. And he was here at 10:00 a.m. Yes, he checked out the entire door and did have suggestions but having to replace those items on other doors in other homes, I have complete confidence that it was well worth the added cost. Billy is professional , did an excellent job and the door is quieter and works great. I didn't have to wait 3 days for the other company to show up. I give them a 5 star rating and totally recommend them.

Rebuilt garage door, new rollers, replaced springs, replaced center spring support, new belt drive opener, realigned side tracks, installed safety clearance system, new remotes, stationary outside opener, repaired push button switch, new cables and j-bar, balanced door system all within three hours. We chose your company because of the replacement springs that were offered. It just seem to be a better deal to get the longer lasting springs for a door that is moving up and down all the time. My neighbors had got other quotes for less but when I looked at the springs that were installed I didn't get the best feeling ?? We found Precision on the web and we called and the lady and she explained the whole process and why the cost. The service call includes a photo of the service person coming to your home !!!!! How big is that ! The wife knew exactly who would be there to service our home and I really like that so it also is worth the cost. I would use then again and we are passing their name on to the rest of homes here since there is a rash of springs breaking in this area. The door is really quiet and smooth. I think we may get the nylon rollers next time if we do a repair again.
