I'm thrilled with the new,quiet belt drive opener that was installed. The service technician was professional, personable and very knowledgeable.

The only thing I could say was it would have been nice if they had cleaned up all the screws and old hardware up off the floor. I already went to Costco once this week for a new tire. I don't want to do it again. It wasn't too much of a big deal because I have the day off and had planned to clean the garage and driveway anyway but might be for someone else. Other than that, they were very polite, respectful, punctual and from what I can tell, did a professional job. I wouldn't hesitate have these gents do work again.

Service Technicians were on time and very thorough. Liked the professionalism in uniforms and marked vehicles. 4 instead of a 5? I would have liked the technicians to clean the greasy hand prints off the panels after installation, and numerous washers, bolt heads and bolts left in the garage/driveway I would have liked cleaned up. However I do not hesitate to recommend and would use again.

Very professional company. I used them in 2002 to replace springs, etc. with a lifetime warranty. Called them back in 2014 and no problem honoring agreement for the springs(I had the receipt). Replaced the rollers due to wear and it is so much quieter. The techs were great and couldn't have been more informative and honorable. Highly recommend. They are not the cheapest but there is value in confidence, being licensed/bonded, and professionalism.

Quite honestly you were the first person I called and was given a price range. That made the repair a more less known quantity. This guy knew what he was doing, did it correctly and from the time it was reported until time corrected, less than 4 hours. Precision has always had the best service of any company we have ever worked with. A garage door opener works pretty much like any garage door opener, it opens and closes the door. It is when instillation or service is needed that Precision is the best.

William Roberts called before his appointment time to let me know there was a little traffic but expected to be there on time. He was punctual and courteous. I could tell he had experience installing garage door openers and I felt good about that since I am very picky! Two hours later my door was operational and he showed me all the ins and outs of programming etc. GREAT Experience and I will recommend Presision to all my "new" neighbors as their homes are built and they need openers.

At approximately 7:00 PM, our garage door failed without warning. I went to the phone book, looked for emergency services and noted that Precision offered 24/7 service. Within an hour of calling, Eric Heintz, the service person, was here. By 9:30 PM he had replaced the motor. He was very informative with regard to explanation of operation, etc. Obviously a carry-over from his prior military training.
