At approximately 7:00 PM, our garage door failed without warning. I went to the phone book, looked for emergency services and noted that Precision offered 24/7 service. Within an hour of calling, Eric Heintz, the service person, was here. By 9:30 PM he had replaced the motor. He was very informative with regard to explanation of operation, etc. Obviously a carry-over from his prior military training.

I continue to be impressed with this company. This was the third time we have used them to repair a garage door opener, this time a replacement. The serviceman arrived two hours earlier than promised, yet within two hours of my call. He was quick and thorough. Hopefully the company recognizes and rewards such personnel.

Great service and price. I called at about 2:30p on a Monday and they were able to get out and fix my door (a sensor & wiring problem) by 5pm the same day. The rep on the phone was great! My initial window was 3-5pm, but the regional manager or someone called to notify me that it'd be 5-6 , no later than 6. All of their communications and documentation is done electronically and is very thorough. The tech who performed the service was kind, smart, helpful and did a great job. I'd recommend this place again in a heartbeat.
