Had to replace a broken spring on our door, William came out and explained everything as well as inspected the rest of the door & opener. Decided to replace both springs & rollers. William also inspected and adjusted the opener tension. Was very happy with his service & will call & recommend Precision to neighbors..........

My rating of your services is 5 stars! Your people were on time, polite, and worked continuously from start to finish. It was noted my broken spring and the good spring remaining were two sizes smaller then they should be. It was suggested both springs be replaced along with cables and other parts - the BETTER category.

My spring on the door was broken. The technician gave me all the options from just a spring replacement to complete door maintence. Completed the service and cleaned up the area. Also adjusted my garage door opener. Technician was on time, gave good service and was courteous. Gave a good explanation of my options. Comparing reviews from other companies found the price an the same range.

Called in to schedule a repair on garage door. Was originally scheduled for 2-5pm, but called back to say a tech can be at my place around 12:00. tech arrived on time and quickly repaired the door within minutes!! Awesome job!!!

Just had a whole new door and motor installed. The quality is very good. I love it. I had Billy P come out the same day I contacted Precision to get me started. The very next day Mike L was out to install my new door. Both were excellent. Definitely I give them 5 stars.

Looking for an estimate replacing our old chain driven garage door opener with a new belt driven DC Lift Master garage door opener. Mike Lopez was very professional, took his time, told us what we needed to replace and listed in his quote all the items that came with the new install. We had several estimates from different companies. Precision Door gave us three different options, with different warranties and seemed the most thorough in explaining their work. When we get ready to make the switch we will call Precision Door back out to replace our garage door opener.

This is the second time we used Precision. They came that day, on time and were clean and quick. They easily could have said we needed a full garage door opener replacement, since that is what we thought. But, the technician was fair and honest and said the only problem was the wiring. We are very please with Precision and would highly recommend.

I will recommend your company to anbody asking who should they call for a new door. I had other companies give me estimates.. which were lower then yours. One company missed the appointment time by 4 hours, compared to you being on time, which to me is a big item. But what really sold me was your employee, when he gave me the estimate and espcially when he did the installation - did not rush, made sure the job was done right - he didn't have to rush off the next job, maybe that was because of the scheduling - good job! thanks for a job well done

Scott, Your guys were awesome today! I called originally for a faulty sensor because I am selling my house. They fixed that and then replaced a hinge that had come loose. Since my motor was 15 years old, I asked them what my options were and they explained the 3 to me. I asked them to install the 10 yr warranty level and they did so very quickly. I was very pleased with the result and the quality of the installation. I really enjoy the significantly reduced noise level and the new key pad outside. l also appreciate the message prior to their arrival. I am happy to recommend your company to anyone in need of any of your services. Thank you!!!

Overall I was pleased with Charles. He was informative. I do however have some concerns. My invoice does not mention the type of door I am quoted (manufacturer) and the r-value given appears, based on my on line research, to be the lowest. I will call your office to discuss.

We had some wires pulled apart and the technician was quick to fix, run some diagnostics on the system and things were wrapped up in 30 minutes. Everything works fine and we know the system is working as it should.

My experience was good. The tech was good. I do need the Warranty I was promised in person with this email. It would be 5 stars if it were sent to me. I see none and no paper was exchanged...so I had a verbal only. Please mail me my warranty or email me one. I paid extra for lifetime. The purchase button only allows me to mention one thing and won't let me chose multiple springs, rollers, cables, everything to make it new like. All it let me do is target springs. Thanks. I hope you can do this.

Contacted Precision Door Service as the garage door spring broke. The service department advised me that a technician would be out the same day to make the repairs. What a concept to call for help, having someone answer the telephone ,and have the repairs made in the same day. Our service technician Kevin Phillips was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in accessing the problem and check the entire mechanism to insure that the door would perform like new when the repairs were completed. He took the time to go over the various contract options and performed the repairs in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

I called Precision Door at 1:15 PM, Friday, July 3, an observed holiday for most businesses. By 3:15 PM that day, they had arrived, replaced the spring, plus a few other parts, and departed. I'm still in a little bit of shock by the quick, efficient response...on an observed holiday, no less. Five stars from me.

We cannot say enough good about Dylan, the tech and Precision Garage Doors. Our opener would not work. Dylan got it to finally work but the springs (15 years old) would not pull the heavy double-door. He said that we could call him back if the opener quit pulling but we opted to put in a new system now instead of waiting until it failed. We are sooooo happy we did. The new system pulls better and is much, much quieter. No pressures to upgrade but we trust these guys. Thank you so much for excellent service again!
