Eric joined the US Navy right out of high school. He spent five years as an aircraft firefighter and completed two deployments supporting operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. The service technicians could come earlier and called ahead to confirm that was ok and did not just show up. They both were polite, professional, customer service oriented and educational about prevention as well as response to the problem we were having, which in our case was the spring about to go sooner than later. They provided additional recommendations and applied coupons or discounts accordingly. As a home owner, what many service oriented folks forget is that your home is a sacred space for loved ones. The folks who came out to service our home treated it and me and our life situation with respect while developing rapport and credibility. Although I hope to not have to see them again anytime soon, they allowed themselves to be a welcomed presence in our home.

How refreshing to have a company say they will be at the house between 5 and 8 pm and they show up at 4:55 on the SAME day you call!! Our tech clearly explained the operating points of our door and provided the info we needed to decide what we wanted to do. Our door needed new springs. He not only replaced the springs but ensured the other parts of the door were operating correctly. He was prompt, courteous, personable and professional. He made quick work of the repairs. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Your service people are excellent. I'm not so sure about the product you sold us. I spent over $1000 on getting the garage door done correctly and your people have been here three times since it was installed. Is the problem the product you put in? I am not real happy with the continued problems we are having. Your guys are great but I would prefer to not see them any more.

Fast quality service. Friendly tech and same-day service. The tech told us issues that might arise soon and gave us an estimate for the cost of the parts also an estimate for the cost of a new garage door. However there were no hard-sell tactics used to try to make us purchase more. The only downside was the estimated quote information from the operator. The operator quoted prices for less expensive Springs even though she was told what kind of springs we needed.

Eric attempted to repair existing opener which was only about 3 years old, but was not able to due to electronic board. New unit installed with all moving parts replaced. $999.98. Hopefully Precision will stand by the warranty to avoid future expensive repair costs. Again the consumer must rely on the honesty and integrity of the service provider. Eric was courteous, explained everything in detail and I believe did a good job. He represents your company well.

I attempted to open my garage door to go to work and the door's spring broke leaving me unable to open the door alone manually. I looked on-line and quickly just randomly chose Precision because it was 4pm and they offered 24/7 service. What a lucky choice! I spoke to a very nice girl and she scheduled a technician. The technician called me within 15 minutes to inform me he was on his way. His name was Eric Heintz. I showed him the problem and he took the time to explain to me what role the spring plays in the operation of the door. I also wanted to replace the rollers in the past but never attempted that task. He offered to perform that for me along with the cable set and bearings. The garage door has never been so smooth and quiet and the price was excellent for the amount of labor and parts involved. This whole job was completed in 2 hrs from when I first called for service through the time Eric was leaving. Amazing! This is an A++ business in my opinion and I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement performed. Thank you Eric and Precision!

Called at 7:15 am because our door was stuck in the down position and we needed to get the cars out and go to work. By 8:15 am the door was opened and by 10:00 is was totally refurbished. Responsive service in a desperate situation. Not cheap, but worth it.

Very fast and friendly service. Eric was the installer and he was very much down-to-earth and professional. He was fast and efficient and if I need service again, I would hope to see him again. I usually tip for great service and I feel bad that I forgot to tip Eric (the money was in my pocket!). One of the things I appreciated about Precision's work is that I was given options. I ended up going with the lifetime deal on the belt-drive opener, springs, bearing plates, drums, cables, and rollers. No worries anymore with the garage door. Time will tell on whether the lifetime warranty materials are worth the additional cost. At this point, I believe it is the best deal and the quality of the hardware was obviously superior. Did I mention that the belt-drive opener is whisper-quiet? Amazing.
