Fast service. Same day is why I chose Precision. I called two others but then googled and found same day, I was suprised. Not about price, about now get it done. With a unhappy wife and two cars stuck in the garage, they rescued me.... Eric was kind enough to point out all the issues. Best my door has ever opened. Thanks guys and great communications.

I have always used another company and frankly have been disappointed with their customer service. I had a major issue with my garage door on a Sunday( of course) and I called your company after seeing your BB rating. The staff were very nice and efficient and assured me the tech would be here Monday morning. Eric arrived promptly and went over several options with me and I KNEW that my 15 year old equipment was on its last leg. He did not try to pressure me into any extra parts or services and actually helped to save me funds. He did an excellent job and my garage door and all new parts are so QUIET I can't tell when it's opening and closing anymore!!!! What a difference and I absolutely loved Eric's explanations and attention to detail with every facet of my repairs!!! PRECISION ROCKS!!! Thank you--- you are the only garage door company I will ever use from now on!!!!

Precision had high ratings on the site I used to look for this service. Your website very informative. Service man who arrived to look a what repairs were needed was very knowledgeable. Listened to my needs and provided a very accurate estimate. He was very helpful helping me find the best doors for my needs. The person that came to install the doors and motor and electrical, was excellent, efficient friendly and answered questions thoroughly. Product more than met my expectations at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone with no reservations. Garage left clean ad neat after completion of the job. I was shown how to operate all the gadgets and installer made sure I understood the operation. I rate Precision a 5 Star operation. Forgot to mention response was quick and timely.

i discovered precision door a couple years ago when i got a new door opener. i wanted something quiet and you delivered. you might be a little more expensive but the quality is worth it. everybody talks about how quiet and smooth my garage door operates. when a spring snapped, i automatically called precision door. the tech was prompt and efficient and friendly. I'm going to get precision door on my next house. 5 stars

My garage door needed springs replaced so I searched the web for companies that performed service in my area. The first two I selected I got an answering machine. When I called Precision @ 12:25 Amber answered took my information and scheduled a same day appointment between 1-4 within 10 minutes Eric called to say he would be at my home in 45 minutes. He arrived on time and we discussed the issues with my door he worked up a 3 option plan that would replace the parts needed to repair w/ 1 yr. warranty, replace parts needed plus center bearing assy. w/5 yr. warranty, complete mechanical rebuild of the door w/ life time warranty. We went with the complete rebuild Eric was very professional and he worked quickly to complete the task. Great job... 5's across the board. I would recommend Precision ( Eric ) to anyone.

I had an incredible experience with Precision. There was a little "accident" and my door was no longer functional. I called in the morning and had George show up about 45 minutes later. I showed him what was wrong, he provided me all the possible options in a way I could understand them. Customer service from George was great and so was the work he did on my door! The entire process was easy and seamless for me so it made it even better. There was no pressure to upsell like some other companies. Give these guys a call they are friendly and knowledgeable.

Who wants to wake up in the morning to find out their garage door is broken?? Well, that was my morning ... I called Precision and was treated professionally and kindly. Eugene arrived, I decided to replace the door, he picked the door up and was back in a timely manner. He replaced the door and I'm very happy with it. We just moved to FL in September and were looking to have our garage door opener replaced because it was very loud and we only had one opener. We looked around and were impressed by your detailed site. The videos you have online explaining each type of opener were very helpful. We have dealt with other garage door companies from the state we moved from and none were as good as what we experienced with Precision. Our technician, Eric, arrived promptly and was very professional. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and to our satisfaction. I was I a panic early that morning when I realized I could not get my vehicle out of the garage in order to get to work. With the help of a friend I was able to manually lift the garage door enough to got the car out. I contacted precision on my way to work and they were able to get a technician out that evening to do the necessary repairs. Eric was the gentleman who did the work and did a wonderful job. I had many issues to repair since the system was about 25 years old. The door is running beautifully and much more quietly as well. Thank you Eric for a job Well Done and for working so late in the day to give me back my peace of mind and feeling of security..

I am very pleased with the new garage door opener. The installer, Eric did a good job in replacing the garage door opener, the wall control switch, the wireless box and the 'homelink' in our two cars. He was thorough with the instructions on operating the new device. Well done.
