Dylan was my service tech. He was on time and explain every step of what needed to be done. I just had another company come out in May 2016 (Arm......) who had replace my spring three time since 2009. Dylan was so professional and knows his job inside and out. Precision will be my company from this point on.

The advertising is what initially made me choose precision. Chat scheduling instead of making a phone call was great. Awesome to have certified technicians as well as their photos so you know who will be coming for the service call and at what time. I am a certified general contractor and could have called one of my subcontractors but glad I called Precision instead. Very pleased with everything. Technician Dylan called and arrived an hour early, he replaced both springs, all rollers, two cables and two reels, all at my request. He was extremely polite and professional and addressed all of my concerns. After he had fully reassembled everything he was not happy about the performance of one of the new springs, something I probably would not have noticed immediately, he replaced that spring with one of a slightly greater length and explained that in order for the door to raise and lower in a balanced manner the spring change was needed. Something I believe a less dedicated tech would have ignored. All of the parts were stamped or marked by the company name and were of a high quality, springs were powder coated. Upon completion he fully tested and lubricated every part. Five Stars!

Incredible service!! Woke up Saturday morning to a broken spring and a door that didn't want to open. I called at 8:30am and was given a window from 1pm-4pm and I was shocked when there wasn’t a weekend upcharge. Dylan called me just after 1 and let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he quickly assessed the situation gave me his recommendations and went to work. I decided to have Dylan completely overhaul the springs, pulleys and rollers and within an hour or so he was done. The door is quieter and smother than ever. Price was very reasonable.

Precision did a wonderful job improving my whole garage door opener system. It is quite, operates easily with many great upgrades to what I had. In addition they installed an insulation package on my metal door that has reduced the temperature so much. Now I can work in the garage even in the heat of the summer. The staff were very prompt, informative and installed a high quality product. I highly recommend Precision!

Dylan was our garage door technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He assessed the issue and proposed solutions that were within my budget. While replacing the springs, pulleys and other hardware, he took time out to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. The tune up service and roller replacement work was completed in a timely and professional manner. He showed me what he did, provided appropriate explanations and gave tips on any possible future issues that could arise. Dylan May was dressed in a company uniform. We called on Sunday afternoon about the garage door opener we'd had installed beginning to hangand Dylan came out the very next day. He even worked around our schedule, giving us time to safely get home before he arrived. He was polite and fast as usual; stood behind the install, so the call was free. Garage door was not closing all the way. I liked the appointment process where they give you a 3 hour window to perform the work, but arrive at the scheduled start time. My technician (Dylan) called me prior to the appointment time and said he was on his way. He quickly identified the problem (sensors were not staying aligned) and recommended replacements. This was completed quickly and the problem was solved. He also checked out my garage door and springs for any issues and lubricated the hinges. The cost for the visit/repairs was very reasonable. I will definitely call again if needed and I would highly recommend Precision Door to my friends.
