The third time I've called them in the 10 years I've owned my home. Their response time is incredible...all three times they arrived within a few hours of my call and always on the same day. The technicians are knowledgeable, quick and explain what they are doing and your repair options. Prices are reasonable and the warranties first rate. Unheard of service in this day and age....

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The young lady who answered the phone was courteous and efficient. The technician Dylan was there within 2 hours after I called and was also very courteous and very helpful. He made the repair, educated me on the type of garage door I had (I am a new homeowner), and made much appreciated recommendations for future services that might be needed but didn't pressure me into anything. I will definitely use Precision as my garage door repair/replacement service center. Thank you Precision and Dylan!

Had an issue with our door and used the "Chat Now" to explain our situation and scheduled an appointment that turned out to be later that afternoon... Within 15 minutes, Dylan (Tech) called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He came shortly thereafter, identified the issue, fixed it and re-lubed up everything. So, within an hour of my text conversation, my door was fixed... WOW! Great prompt customer service, not only with the "Chat Now" person but with Dylan. Took me longer to get a pizza delivered last weekend than it did to schedule and fix my garage door....Totally impressed and grateful!

I called Precision at about 10:30 this morning. Their service tech, Dylan, was here shortly after noon and has finished and left about 20 minutes ago. He told me what was wrong and fixed it and stated other items that would need attention in the future. Best service I've had from any company in a long time.

I scheduled my appointment through the Chat app on the website. The technicians called and kept me apprised on the exact arrival time, which occurred in less than 1 1/2 hours after my request. My garage door opener was not working. After a thorough check, I was told my 21 year old unit needed to be replaced. The house is listed for sale and I needed to be as cost efficient as possible. They worked with me to find a solution that worked for my budget, replacing not only the motor, but the springs, ball bearings and sensor eyes as well. All was completed in less than 2 hours. Dylan May and his associate were both very courteous and profession. I would highly recommend Precision to any one needing garage door replacement or repair.

My spring on the door was broken. The technician gave me all the options from just a spring replacement to complete door maintence. Completed the service and cleaned up the area. Also adjusted my garage door opener. Technician was on time, gave good service and was courteous. Gave a good explanation of my options. I called Precision Door at 1:15 PM, Friday, July 3, an observed holiday for most businesses. By 3:15 PM that day, they had arrived, replaced the spring, plus a few other parts, and departed. I'm still in a little bit of shock by the quick, efficient response...on an observed holiday, no less. Five stars from me.

We cannot say enough good about Dylan, the tech and Precision Garage Doors. Our opener would not work. Dylan got it to finally work but the springs (15 years old) would not pull the heavy double-door. He said that we could call him back if the opener quit pulling but we opted to put in a new system now instead of waiting until it failed. We are sooooo happy we did. The new system pulls better and is much, much quieter. No pressures to upgrade but we trust these guys. Thank you so much for excellent service again!

My garage door springs broke right after I parked inside and the door closed. This happened on a Friday afternoon and the technician was working on fixing it literally 25 to 30 minutes after I called, then replaced my springs and rollers in no time at all with all new parts. I think this is probably the best service I ever had with anybody. I expected it to be fixed after the weekend at best and since I could not open the garage door at all to get my car out I was preparing myself for a not going anywhere weekend. They saved the day and my weekend, I highly recommend them and could not be any happier with their service.

Sales person Ken, was very professional. Garage Door was installed when promised. Service person, Collin, was very professional, and worked continuously and hard, due to numerous problems which arose. The only disappointing aspect of install, no one informed me that the vinyl trim to seal sides and top of door, do not come with the installation and is extra cost. Both my friend and I could not believe that sealer vinyl trim was the normal install. This makes the install look unfinished. Had friend, who was visiting the day door was installed. He had garage door installed in Davenport by another company, the vinyl trim was included. There are slight gaps on side of door; noted last night, light and some rain came through the side of the door, when wind blew during rain storm. Would be beneficial to clearly inform customers of additional cost and not part of normal install. Would recommend your company, with reservations. If had trim part of regular install, would be 5 star job.

We chose your company because of the replacement springs that were offered. It just seem to be a better deal to get the longer lasting springs for a door that is moving up and down all the time. My neighbors had got other quotes for less but when I looked at the springs that were installed I didn't get the best feeling ?? We found Precision on the web and we called and the lady and she explained the whole process and why the cost. The service call includes a photo of the service person coming to your home !!!!! How big is that ! The wife knew exactly who would be there to service our home and I really like that so it also is worth the cost. I would use then again and we are passing their name on to the rest of homes here since there is a rash of springs breaking in this area. The door is really quiet and smooth. I think we may get the nylon rollers next time if we do a repair again.

I came home to find my garage door wouldn't go up, which I quickly saw to be a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door at about 2 PM and Dylan was here before 4 PM. Dylan was the technician who came out and did the repair on my garage door. I had one of 2 springs that was broken. He told me about the different options from just replacing the broken spring up to doing a total rebuild. I opted for the total rebuild because I knew the strain the unbroken spring had been under and I knew the rollers were wearing out. So, I figured all of the other components were wearing out too. Dylan was fast effcient and explained everything and answered all my questions. Thanks Dylan! Great job! The door is much quieter now.

I ordered the $109 tune-up special, even before the Tech, Dylan went over all of the items necessary to bring my garage door up-to-date I knew most of what I needed that would go beyond my financial expectations.
