Dylan was the technician. He explained in a very soft sell way why Precision door was superior to the one I had and why there was a difference in your price of $499 and $375. I felt it was worth the difference, especially with the quiet belt and the added features of the key pad. He's a good salesman. John was with him as his helper. He was also very nice to deal with. Our garage door and opener are 5 years old and until a little glitch in the opener mechanism, they have been reliable, quiet and still quite attractive for metal. Opener didn't close door this morning and so I called you. As often happens, the opening mechanism started to function--after much button pushing, etc. But still, Jonathan came out and inspected everything and even installed a balky light cover for the opener. Mr. May was on time, clean cut, shaven and in a company shirt. After his assessment he presented us several options to repair the door and ensure continued good service. No high pressure sales. We are so happy with our door! Dylan did an great job overhauling our currant door and installing our new opener. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. There were so May things I was not aware of and he helped point it out. The service was great. They stated that they would arrive at 4PM and my Tech Dylan called an indicated he would arrive about 10 minutes early. Dylan inspected my system told me what was wrong and gave me three choices for my fix. Dylan completed the job in about an hour and a half. Dylan was great he kept me informed and did an outstanding job. I will call Precision again if needed and will recommend them anytime.
