He is bilingual, a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys nights out with his beautiful wife in the city of Orlando. Our garage door would not open on a Saturday and I realized the spring was broken. Found Precision online and while not an emergency to get fixed that, read services were provided 7 days a week. I called and the extremely courteous and professional call taker set me up with an appointment later that day. Tech Charlie called, showed up early and finished the job in no time. While I truly don't know if the price was good or not, I'll pay for great customer service and professionalism every time. Great job!

From beginning to end, the service was excellent, promptly and efficiently done. I believe the field manager was Ryan and the installer was Charlie. Your company has been great from day one when the salesman came out to give a quote, and the installation technician was very proffesional. The technician was courtesy and was on time. He recommended that our door needed to be replaced. He said there was no charge to come out and look at the door. Have to wait until we talk to owner of business but the rate he quoted us was very reasonible and would call back if we decide to replace door.

I was most impressed with the way my initial call was handled - very courteous and professional. I appreciated getting an email notification of my appointment time that included information on the service technician was would come to my house. Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the problem with my garage door opener. I chose to have him install a new one which he did in the time he said it would take. Afterwards he helped program the keypad and the opener in my car. I was very pleased with the results and will recommend Precision to others.

Great service by Charlie. He diagnosed the issue immediately, made a reasonable recommendation, fixed the problem quickly, was very efficient and insisted on cleaning up the small mess left over from the repair. I will most certainly keep Precision on my list of best service providers.

Used Angie's List Big Deal. However, after talking with Charlie, the tech, I decided it would be best to purchase and install a new door. Charlie was extremely helpful in helping me understand the alternatives. The new door is to be installed on Wednesday, 12/27/12. So far I am extremely impressed with Precision Door.

Thank you Precision Door for installed a new garage door on my house! I called to see if they can repair a very old garage door but the Tech, Charlie Merino, was very honest to me and explained me the advantage to replace all parts that way I will avoid future breaks and save money. I decided to install a new door and the tech was very professional during the whole process of installation. Pattie Canada was very helpful to me when I decided to change my order for glass door instead of plain door. I also received the visit of the owner of Precision Door, Mr. Scott, who was very kind and a nice surprise. Thank you for your services and I certainly will recommend to my relatives and friends! Precision was four hours late in beginning the job. The appt. was for 0900. I called at 0915 and was told that the tech had called in sick. Not my problem. I mentioned that my time was valuable too. The young lady on the phone said that she would take $100 off the estimate price and have someone there by 1:00 PM. To this I agreed. The tech showed up a few minutes early. He and another guy finished the job in under three hours. They did a good job. But, the tech said he would have to do cut the trim at the shop. And would install the trim on Friday. He said I would not have to be there for the installation. The liner at the bottom of the garage door was pinched in three places and light came in when the garage was closed. Your tech said it would work itself out, I hope so.

A problem with our garage door opener occured after a power outage in our area. Charlie came out and explained that this sometimes happens. He re-programmed the settings and then made sure that the door worked properly. Charlie was very professional and personable. Precision should be very proud of him. Great Job at a fair price. On time for the appointment and the repair only took less than an hour. Very neat worker who cleaned up after the work. Charlie was very polite and explained all of the options available to us. It would be nice if a senior citizen discount was offered.
