We arrived home on Friday night to find our garage door wouldn't open. Thinking it was a problem with our remote, I went to the house to open it but it wouldn't budge. I then disconnected the door from the opener to open the garage door manually, to find that it was WAY heavier than it normally would be. I looked up to find that one the springs was snapped in two. Uh oh. Looked at several local companies online and was impressed by the information on this web site, including details (and reviews) on all of their technicians as well as the video on garage door springs. Waiting until the next morning, and called the local number at around 7:30 AM. Spoke to nice person who said there were many different time spots available that day, including 10 AM to 12 PM which I selected. After the scheduling call I received a confirmation e-mail that even included the name, picture, and link to the bio of our technician, Charlie. Charlie called once he was on the way and was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and down to earth. He took a look at our situation and gave us several options, from what it would take to fix the problem at a bare level to some other preventative work we could have done at the same time to help prevent a similar situation in the future. In the end we chose a middle-of-the-road approach. Charlie finished the entire job and was on his way by 11:30 AM, which to me was amazing that it was done on a Saturday in the same morning. We were honestly expecting to have to deal with a non-opening garage door until Sunday or some time during the week when a technician could come out, but instead our problem is now fixed and were able to keep our weekend plans.

Precision had staff available to answer my call on a Sunday evening. They were able to schedule the repair early Monday morning, so I was very pleased with the rapid service. Charlie had all the parts necessary to repair the door quickly and expertly. I would definitely call Precision again.

We called in around 6:30pm and the receptionist said she could have someone here between 7-9 pm. Kevin Coker called from his previous appointment and let us know very professionally he was running late and would still make the appointed time, but that it would be on the later part. Kevin showed up at 8:50 pm. Inspected the situation and was able to repair the garage door and be finished and on his way before 10pm. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable of what needed to be done. We would recommend Pecision Doors to anyone for there services.

Who's going to come to your house on a Sunday to give you an estimate on a damaged garage door and be on time. Precision Garage Door. Cindi and I were one of the last hold outs to get a new garage door. The milking days are over. The spring had sprung. No! Not an = contracting hiring nightmare! Not at all. I went to Google and went to work. Precision Garage Doors shows a work schedule 7 days aweek. 8am til 10pm. Yeah, Yeah..an answering service....No, NOT an answering service at 8am = 10pm on a Sunday morning. The phone rep took my name and number and said a rep. will be out between 10am til 12 noon. Low and behold, Charle shows up. On Time...shows my wife the most sensible choice for our home. Charlie said he will be here the next day to install the new garage door. Charlie was professional, knowledgable and trusting for me to go to work and leave him to complete the job. What an difference. I never knew a new garage door can inhance the beauty and security of your home like Precission Garage Doors. The coolest thing is the way the quite belt drive gently lowers the door to a close. Great service! Garage door broke at 4:45pm on a Friday evening. Called several other companies, no one answered the phone. Called Precision, receptionist answered the phone, and we scheduled appointment for the following Saturday morning. Charlie came out and replaced the springs, and wheels and did a fantastic job!
