He is bilingual, a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys nights out with his beautiful wife in the city of Orlando. I had used Precision Door in October of 2008 to repair a broken roller wheel after calling around and getting price quotes. This past week I had a spring break and called Precision because of the job they had done in the past. Charlie was the tech who did the work both times. He did great work. He explained everything and told me how much it would cost and about how long it would take to do the job. He does great work. Cleaned everything up when he was done took the broken parts and made sure everything was working before he left. Great guy and a great asset to Precision. Will use both Precision and Charlie for any future garage door needs.

Charles did an excellent job installing my new door. It was to replace a door that was 25 years old. The job was done quickly and professionally. Also I would like to thank Ryan Homan the first technician that came out and accessed my doors. Both were professional and very curtious. I have a 4 car garage with 3 doors. I have one other door that is 25 years old and I will replace probably in the next 6 months. The new door that you installed is much quieter than the previous door. Thanks again for the prompt and professional service. This is the 2nd time that I have used your company in 8 years. The first was having a new spring installed. You were offering a free service call when a repair was done. This was of course caught my eye. I'm always afraid to have a service call of any kind when I don't know the company.
