Charlie is a Florida native. He is happily married and has three children. Charlie has been been with Precision for ten years. He is bilingual, a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys nights out with his beautiful wife in the city of Orlando. Charlie received both the Train the Trainer and the Residential Door Systems Technician Certification from the IDEA.

My wife and I had sudden trouble with all our remotes and keypad. We suspected a short in our system, and called Precision. Jonathon showed up the next day on time, evaluated our current opener, suggested a replacement opener, and completed the install in the estimated time (2 hours). He was terrific, and he did a nice job explaning the features and cleaning up after his install. I would recommend Jonathon to anyone with a garage door problem.

I'm very impressed with Precision Garage Doors. I called yesterday, they sent out a person to measure, and today Charlie did an excellent job putting in the new garage door. He was quick, cleaned up and was on his way. I'm also impressed that on there website they show a picture of the technician that will be coming to your house so I knew who he was when he knocked on my door. I will use them again and share their name with my friends.

The only thing I could say was it would have been nice if they had cleaned up all the screws and old hardware up off the floor. I already went to Costco once this week for a new tire. I don't want to do it again. It wasn't too much of a big deal because I have the day off and had planned to clean the garage and driveway anyway but might be for someone else. Other than that, they were very polite, respectful, punctual and from what I can tell, did a professional job. I wouldn't hesitate have these gents do work again.

We have been using Precision since we moved into our Orlando home. Always fast service, excellent technicians that know what they are doing and take their time to give us good advise, even when we test their patience with dumb questions. Luis was great today!! Our springs are under warranty so he balanced door and fixed springs at no cost other than service call rate. We have always been happy with the service.

Called this morning to make an appointment. Was fortunate to schedule an appointment for 2:00pm today. Charlie, the service technician, called to let me know he was ahead of schedule. He introduced himself and was courteous and professional the entire time. He made adjustments to the main rod, reinstalled the bearing and made certain the door operated properly before leaving at 2:05pm. This is the type of service every customer should receive from businesses.

Charlie did a good job of explaining the various repair options for my broken cable which included updating all of my rollers, cables, installing safety cables on the existing springs...after the initial price shock of upgrading everything, we settled on the cable repair without any hard sales and Charlie took care of everything quickly and professionally! My spring broke and I knew I'd need it fixed soon. They offered to do it that night, but I was fine waiting until the morning. Charlie was very pleasant, polite, patient, explained everything and helped me get exactly what I wanted (I ended up adding the roller replacements). He said their prices were a little higher than some of the competitors but their service was much better and they can offer longer warranties. I appreciated the honesty. It's rare to hear that from a company these days.

I called at 2:30pm on a Friday, a very good tech with a great attitude was at my house by 4:30 and worked into the evening to install a new opener, rollers, springs and some other stuff. My door had been rattling and vibrating so loud for years! I can't even hear it standing right in front of it now! He took the time to do the job right, re-leveled the door and even programed my cars built in opener for me. Great guys, great attitude, thanks!

Great service! The Technician showed up on time, very quickly assessed the problem, and completed the adjustments within his original estimate. Both doors were tested, inspected for any current, or potential issues, and the rollers and hinges were lubricated. We got a quote a year ago and just did not get around to getting the new garage door. Precision honored my quote and Andrew the sales guy was super. I had him come back out just to make sure I understood everything and so he could make sure the quote included all that I wanted. He did not try to talk me into things I did not need. He was very personable. The installers were super and did a great job. Family was over and they all said the new door makes the house look like it was painted. My old door looked pretty beat up and made the house look unkept. Never thought a garage door affected the look of the rest of the house, but then again, it is a large door. I had a problem with the door opening and closing and called the office (around 6:00) and while they were getting the guy who installed the door on the phone, I figured out that I was blocking the little eye on the bottom of the door and then it worked. However, they would have come out and solved my problem. Top notch group of people and I would recommend Precision to anyone wanting a new garage door.
