I have been a customer of Precision Door Service since 2017. I have always received excellent service every time. I recently need repair service on my garage door. I contacted the company and they sent two of their employees to my home Tyler Hartley and Greg Franklin. These two gentlemen provided superior customer service. They explained everything that would happen in the repair of my garage door. I especially liked the before and after photos they sent od the repair process. This is outstanding service.. .

My garage door went from sounding like a train rumbling though the house to a quiet Spring day. Just by changing the springs, rollers, and upgrading the opener, I was able to keep my existing door. The contractor explained everything he was going to do in detail before he started and finished in a timely manner. I've used Pricision before and they're still the BEST!

I can't remember the gentleman's name who came out first to give us the estimate, but he was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what was wrong with the garage door system. He didn't try to upsell us but gave us options on what we could do to get our garage door in good working order. We were thrilled at the price that was quoted to us, and he was able to have the technician, Greg Franklin, start the job within the hour, the same day. Greg was friendly, got the job done quickly, and did a few extra things to ensure the garage door was fixed perfectly. I can't say enough great things about this company. We have been taken advantage of by another company that did the completely wrong thing, so it was refreshing to have a company not give us the run-around.

My garage door spring broke so I called Precision as I’d heard good things about them. They arrived quickly and had the repair done in no time. I had them overhaul the door as well since my home is older and everything else was wearing out as well. They provided a great value for the money and my door is now as quiet as a brand new one.

I just had my garage door repaired and Precision was very quick to respond and fix all my problems. The technician (Mason) that gave me cost and the technician (Greg) that did the repair were very knowledgeable and professional. The cable on my garage door broke, so I was unable to close my garage door. And it was a Saturday.... Not sure if I could help, I figured I'd call a "larger" company. Everyone was so nice!! From Jennifer who answered the phone and made the appointment. Rob who came out and assessed what needed to be done and Greg who did a fabulous job getting everything done right, showing me everything he did, how to work everything...so absolutely thorough. A tad more expensive than I would have liked, but very happy with the end result.

Greg the tech. did checkout the motor, chain rail etc. he was good at what he does. I have delt with your company for many years and have been happy with the employees who serviced my problem. However the new chain is very loud as it shuts down worse then the defective chain raiI I will give it a while to allow it to break in. if it doesn't change. I will call your company back to correct it. If your tech. says it's normal I will call in another company to see what they say

We called Precision Door Service because we previously used their service for a garage door repair and were extremely satisfied. Mason Slack arrived on time and provided an expert examination and assessment of the garage door opener issue. He photographed everything and explained what was needed for the repair. Technician Greg Franklin arrived a short time later and made the repairs. He was meticulous about the quality and function of the repairs as he fine tuned the garage door opener's operation. He then tested the function and took pictures of the repairs. Precision Door Services is fortunate to have professionals like Mason and Greg on their staff. I highly recommend Precision Door Services for any repairs or installations you may need.
