Our problem began with a non-functioning garage door--stuck in open position.In attempt to close, loud grinding sound came from the motor and springs did not function properly. Saw Precision on Amazon and received info in mail.Made an early evening call, Representative was polite, courteous, scheduled service call for that night much to our surprise. Service tech arrived within the hr. He determined the problem quickly. The motor was defective, needed replacement and springs were replaced. The Tech was extremely professional, courteous,knowledgable, and a hard worker leaving the work area clean of debris upon completion of work. He gave full instruction on how to use the inside, outside door remotes and hand remotes. We never had a more quiet working garage door---what a pleasure.Many thanks to Bill, the service repairman for Precision.I've been spreading the word to neighbors and friends about our great experience with this company. Many thanks for our nice, quiet garage door and your great staff.

Attention Scott (owner of Precision Garage Doors) July 1st we had a new garage door and motor installed by Kevin Phillips. We absolutely love the door--Kevin did an outstanding job installing it and explaining how to work it. The remotes are really cool, both outside the cars and inside the cars. Today (aug 26) we had Billy Price come out to check out a loud pop in the roller channel. He explained it is normal and will settle down then corrected it for us. You have an outstanding team working for you who takes pride in the product they install and the job they do. They work 110% which shows their dedication to Precision Garage door. Looking for an estimate replacing our old chain driven garage door opener with a new belt driven DC Lift Master garage door opener. Mike Lopez was very professional, took his time, told us what we needed to replace and listed in his quote all the items that came with the new install. We had several estimates from different companies. Precision Door gave us three different options, with different warranties and seemed the most thorough in explaining their work. When we get ready to make the switch we will call Precision Door back out to replace our garage door opener.

Billy Price from PRECISION DOOR SERVICE was here today to replace the broken spring on our garage door. I called at 8:00a.m. And he was here at 10:00 a.m. Yes, he checked out the entire door and did have suggestions but having to replace those items on other doors in other homes, I have complete confidence that it was well worth the added cost. Billy is professional , did an excellent job and the door is quieter and works great. I didn't have to wait 3 days for the other company to show up. I give them a 5 star rating and totally recommend them.

Found your company on GOOGLE, was expecting repairs to be expensive, they weren't. " Kevin, " was very professional and helpful. just one thing, I didn't receive a receipt ,or work order depicting(spelling out), repairs done, perhaps an oversight by someone. Knowing that you have my net address, I expected to find a receipt being e-mailed ? I would still recommend your company.

Holly, scheduled the appointment for me. She was very patient with me and worked around my schedule to set up an apointment. Thank You Holly! Dylan was the technician who came out and did the repair on my garage door. I had one of 2 springs that was broken. He told me about the different options from just replacing the broken spring up to doing a total rebuild. I opted for the total rebuild because I knew the strain the unbroken spring had been under and I knew the rollers were wearing out. So, I figured all of the other components were wearing out too. Dylan was fast effcient and explained everything and answered all my questions. Thanks Dylan! Great job! The door is much quieter now.

William arrived early for the service call which was great! He attempted to fix the problem with our 10 year old lift master garage door opener, but it seemed to be a broken "mother board". Since that was just replaced in August 2014, he suggested we get a new garage door opener which was very reasonably priced, including installation & came with a 10 year warranty. He was an extremely personable, hard working and knowledgeable employee. He got the job done quickly, explained all to my husband, and we are extremely satisfied with the new door opener. In all honesty, todays installation & the cost of the new garage door opener took less time and cost less than the amount we paid back in August to another individual for an unsatisfactory job. Thank you Precision Door Service and thank you William!

My garage door needed springs replaced so I searched the web for companies that performed service in my area. The first two I selected I got an answering machine. When I called Precision @ 12:25 Amber answered took my information and scheduled a same day appointment between 1-4 within 10 minutes Eric called to say he would be at my home in 45 minutes. He arrived on time and we discussed the issues with my door he worked up a 3 option plan that would replace the parts needed to repair w/ 1 yr. warranty, replace parts needed plus center bearing assy. w/5 yr. warranty, complete mechanical rebuild of the door w/ life time warranty. We went with the complete rebuild Eric was very professional and he worked quickly to complete the task. Great job... 5's across the board. I would recommend Precision ( Eric ) to anyone.
