Precision was professional from the beginning to the end. Very organized, using modern tools of communication (web, email) in a excellent and effective way. Estimate was done right at the job-site with a internet connected tablet computer, took only seconds to get the estimated price and I had been given three options for the repair. The technician Jonathan Gonzalez arrived on time and gave me an enroute call as promised. Jon is a very skilled, professional and extremely courteous expert. Checked the door, the mechanics and everything out. Gave me an electronically prepared overview about the condition of my door and it's mechanics. Made suggestion (suggestions only, no pressure) of repairs, maintanance. Advised me of future small maintenance I could do myself. We decided to replace both springs, and install a center bearing. The materials used are Precision labeled OEM parts, seem to be from high quality. Work was done in no time, professional, knowledgeable and clean. Jon even tightened up some loose screws on the door for no charge. Garage door was tested for balance, drive was adjusted for strength and opening range. Door is now working perfect, closes straight and level, and is now quiet due do the new springs. Jon never rushed and took great pride in his workmanship. Jon is a true asset for Precision, and he is one of the main reason, I will stick with Precision in the future.

Quick, quality service. I am very happy with the response to my squeaking garage door. New opener and rollers were installed 6 months ago. Recently the squeaking started. Precision came out the day after I called and solved the problem. My opener and rollers are under warranty and I was not charged. Nice!

I would like to thank Mr. William Roberts for the first class treatment that we received.we asked for a estimate on a garage door opener. the appointment was made quickly William was there right on time 4 PM on a Friday night he took his time to explain what I needed and after he showed me my springs and a header board were ready to break which was obvious when I looked at them they after all were 10 years old.I was thankful.he wrapped all my needs up into a affordable bundle and edit it with the garage door opener I was very satisfied he went right to work.he finish the job in just the time that he said he would my wife was very happy when she came home to see the new opener. She was very surprised because you cannot hear the door go up and down it is so smooth. I almost felt like he was doing the work on my garage door like he was doing it for his own grandmother he was so meticulous and detailed. We purchased our home in March and Bob ended up damaging the lowest strut and weather stripping on the garage door the evening of September 24. Less than two days later the repairs have been done and the door is better than it was originally. We were given a time slot for an inspection and repair estimate for this morning (9/26) and especially appreciated the fact that we received a call stating when to expect Jonathan. He gave us various options and we decided to also have the springs replaced, since the original ones were obviously undersized for the weight of the door. He had materials on the truck and was able to immediately start the job. Upon completion of the work Jonathan reviewed the repairs/replacements with us and answered all of our questions. You definitely deserve your Angie's list rating!

Blake first evaluated the the entire door and operating system. Door was not working because of broken spring. He then explained my options for repair and we decided based on age of motor and wear on parts that a new motor and overhaul was best option. He was very good at explaining each step in his repair as well as how to operate and care for new motor,remotes,and keypad. I was very happy with his work ethic and professional approach. THANKS

I recently had a new belt garage door installed, replacing my chain drive. I had an issue with my garage doors, called Precision and within 1 hour a technician was here, problem solved. I call Precision because I know they are professional and reliable.
