My belt driven garage door opener stopped working today. (Sunday) I goggled garage door repairs and found Precision Doors. I called at 12:20 and at 4:20 Van was at my home, installing a new belt driven garage door opener. The new opened is quiet and of much better quality than the one being replaced that weas installed by the builder 3 years ago. Van explained everything he was doing, cleaned up my garage after the job was finished and was very professional through the installation. I am very pleased.

Our springs broke on our door last night. After looking on te web for companies to call, their ad sounding most promising. I called this morning and they were available to come out the same day. Eric was super! He told us what he could do and gave us 3 options. We chose the one to replace the springs, cables and all wheels with the lifetime warranty. Eric was here about an hour and a half. Did all the work himself ...impressive! Precision just started offering a discount for Military. We are always looking for companies that honor the military. So far totally happy!

SUNDAY MORNING I TRIED TO OPEN OUR GARAGE AND COULD NOT OPEN IT. IT WOULD ONLY RISE 1/2 WAY UP, LEAVING US WITH NO CAR AVAILABLE. I CALLED PRECISION AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 2 HOURS. Thank you for having a human answer your phone on a Sunday when I damaged our garage door. Van showed up early Monday AM as scheduled, gave my husband and me options. We decided to repair the door. Van got to work replacing springs, rollers, railings, straightening the door, greasing everything. The door looked like new when Van was finished. First off the customer service was great when making my appointment. She advised when the technician would show up and the technician called 30 min later and said he could arrive earlier than scheduled which was great. Ryan arrived at my resident and observed my garage door spring which needed replaced. He asked questions reference the age and usage of the door. He explained the cause and what he recommended.There was No added pressure. His recommendations were considered and I felt very comfortable with his explanations and recommendation reference the repairs. Ryan was very professional and down to earth guy. While he repaired my garage door springs and track wheels we talked about everything from work to recreational hobbies. I've had numerous technicians come to my house reference cable, lawn, pool etc....and very dissapointed, your always cautious who you let in your house. Ryan was awesome and my wife and I are very satisfied with the workmanship. I'll defiantly recommend your company to a friend or family.

Precision was four hours late in beginning the job. The appt. was for 0900. I called at 0915 and was told that the tech had called in sick. Not my problem. I mentioned that my time was valuable too. The young lady on the phone said that she would take $100 off the estimate price and have someone there by 1:00 PM. To this I agreed. The tech showed up a few minutes early. He and another guy finished the job in under three hours. They did a good job. But, the tech said he would have to do cut the trim at the shop. And would install the trim on Friday. He said I would not have to be there for the installation. The liner at the bottom of the garage door was pinched in three places and light came in when the garage was closed. Your tech said it would work itself out, I hope so.
