Robert did a great job installing my new garage door springs and reinforcement bracket. He was very thorough in the evaluation process and gave me detailed information of what he thought needed replacing besides the springs. Did not try to sell me unnecessary products or services and made sure to give the best price and warranty possible. A service tech was able to come the same day I called. The scheduler I spoke with was very courteous & quickly made an appointment for me. The tech called first to let me know he was coming. When he came he immediately fixed the problem explaining what he had done. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that due to the hurricane Bill decided in all fairness to discount the repair. The tech was very friendly exhibiting a professional manner & well qualified. I will definitely continue to use Precision & to recommend its services.

Had new garage doors and openers installed about 8 months ago. Was not totally happy with the model garage door opener. I called Precision and for a very reasonable price, they switched us to a different style and we couldn't be happier. We appreciate the fast response and incredible customer service! Far exceeded my expectations!

I called Precision Door in the morning and they had a service tech at my door by 1:00PM. I showed the Tech what the problem was and he (Nick) gave me three options as to how to affect the repair. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the benefits of each option and allowed me the time to make a decision which would be best for our situation. Nick started the work immediately. I can't say enough about Nick the tech. He polite courteous and went out of his was to explain everything that was needed. He took the time to answer the questions we had. In my opinion he did an outstanding job.

The crew of two, were prompt, explained what their inspection revealed and what they recommended. They replace the spring set with new units and balance the door. It took about an hour and a half, and they were on their way. Cost was reasonable, and they were very efficient. I would recommend them and use their service again if needed. -BC

Blake arrived and explained what I needed for the repair on my door and was the model of customer service. The job was done quickly and Blake explained how I would get the warranty. He installed my opened a few years ago and I was very pleased then. I will be sure to call Precision Door the next time I need service. Blake is an example to his peers.

Precision was great! Eric, our tech, called first & arrived on time. He explained our two repair alternatives fully, gave us the price & completed the repairs within a 1-1/2 hours.
