Steve Coots had already clocked out on Wednesday, November 22nd, the evening before Thanksgiving. He responded to a call I made about my garage door that had fallen off the track. He arrived within minutes and diagnosed the problem immediately. He fixed the problem with ease. During this process, he was knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Steve. He was very thorough in the evaluation process and gave me detailed information of what he thought needed replacing besides the springs. A service tech was able to come the same day I called. The scheduler I spoke with was very courteous & quickly made an appointment for me. The tech called first to let me know he was coming. When he came he immediately fixed the problem explaining what he had done. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that due to the hurricane Bill decided in all fairness to discount the repair. The tech was very friendly exhibiting a professional manner & well qualified. I will definitely continue to use Precision & to recommend its services.

Had new garage doors and openers installed about 8 months ago. Was not totally happy with the model garage door opener. I called Precision and for a very reasonable price, they switched us to a different style and we couldn't be happier. We appreciate the fast response and incredible customer service! Far exceeded my expectations!

I called Precision Door in the morning and they had a service tech at my door by 1:00PM. I showed the Tech what the problem was and he (Nick) gave me three options as to how to affect the repair. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the benefits of each option and allowed me the time to make a decision which would be best for our situation. Nick started the work immediately. I can't say enough about Nick the tech. He polite courteous and went out of his was to explain everything that was needed. He took the time to answer the questions we had. In my opinion he did an outstanding job.

Precision did an outstanding job at our home a few years ago. Don't remember being offered for our senior status or our 30 year service to the Army.
