I would recommend Precision. We had a garage door opener problem and William was very knowledgable and did a complete inspection of the opener and the door. He was on time which is great. Also he clearly communicated the problem and solution which I think is very helpful. And he fixed the problem.

My door opener quit working. I panicked. What do I do?? Found you label on the garage door. Moved in recently so figured this must be the folks who installed the door perhaps they could help me. They could and did immediately. Blake was given the incorrect address but he found me and quickly reviewed the situation and I am back in operation. Thank you!

My service technician was William and although my problem was not a big one he was able to repair my door the best it could be repaired. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. He pointed out some potential problems in the future but did not pressure me to order work done until I needed it.

precision door sent a relatively new employee to replace the springs on my door. The door did not operate smoothly.I called,they sent an experienced man to work on the door. It operates perfectly now. Scott said the tech would not leave until the door was perfectly repaired.It took some time, but all is well.They kept their word. I am satisfied.

Today Precision Garage Door installed a new door and all the needed hardware after my garage was hit by a car. The installer was Charlie Merino and he was very professional, neat and friendly. He did a great job and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone in need of a new door or just repairs. I felt their pricing was very fair for the amount of work they had to do.

A very professional team came to the house. A courtesy call was made (as requested) letting us know they were on their way. They installed new springs and were finished within 40 minutes or so. He did point out that the rollers will need to be replaced, and when we are ready to have that done we will definitely be calling your company back out. Service from all employees was exceptional. My garage door broke in the morning and a technician was at my home later that same day in the afternoon. The technician was polite and explained all work that was done. Within 2 hours the springs and other worn out parts were replaced. My garage door is so quiet now, I can hardly hear it. This company is very impressive.

Jonathan is an excellent technician. He was prompt, did a comprehensive safety check and diagnosed the problems. I was given the options and costs for repairs. After looking at my old garage door opener (Craftsman), Blake informed me that I would need a new one because it wouldn't be worthwhile to fix my old one. I asked and he informed me about the Precision garage door opener and it's lifetime warranty. I spent more than I planned but the lifetime warranty sold me. Blake also advised me of other options (up selling) that were available to to make my garage door operate better. I was completely satisfied with the service and Blake is an example to his peers and the company.
