The crew of two, were prompt, explained what their inspection revealed and what they recommended. They replace the spring set with new units and balance the door. It took about an hour and a half, and they were on their way. Cost was reasonable, and they were very efficient. I would recommend them and use their service again if needed. -BC

My door opener quit working. I panicked. What do I do?? Found you label on the garage door. Moved in recently so figured this must be the folks who installed the door perhaps they could help me. Our technician, Bill, was very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. He also gave us some good tips on safety measures. We opted for the insulated door which was more expensive, but the price was below what other dealers were offering.

My service technician was William and although my problem was not a big one he was able to repair my door the best it could be repaired. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. precision door sent a relatively new employee to replace the springs on my door. The door did not operate smoothly.I called,they sent an experienced man to work on the door. It operates perfectly now. Scott said the tech would not leave until the door was perfectly repaired.It took some time, but all is well.They kept their word. I am satisfied.

Today Precision Garage Door installed a new door and all the needed hardware after my garage was hit by a car. The installer was Charlie Merino and he was very professional, neat and friendly. A very professional team came to the house. A courtesy call was made (as requested) letting us know they were on their way. They installed new springs and were finished within 40 minutes or so. He did point out that the rollers will need to be replaced, and when we are ready to have that done we will definitely be calling your company back out. Service from all employees was exceptional. My garage door broke in the morning and a technician was at my home later that same day in the afternoon. The technician was polite and explained all work that was done. Within 2 hours the springs and other worn out parts were replaced. My garage door is so quiet now, I can hardly hear it. This company is very impressive.
