I always use Precision and I always ask for Luis because he works fast and does it right the first time. He also spotted a problem with the door panels before it became apparent and I was able to get the door replaced without having to deal with a jammed door that could not be opened. Great work guys

Garage door came off the track Saturday night around 8pm. I called Precision and before 9pm William was here to fix the door. He was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to repair the door. I used the internet to choose a garage door repair service and found an exceptional experience with "Precision". My Tech William was knowledgable and shared such with me. After replacing three sets of springs and three garage door openers in the last few years with other companies I learned from William all I needed was the right size springs and a "balanced door". Now I have a quiet and efficient operation. To say I'm pleased is a big understatement!

Charlie did a great job. On the first day, He gave a fair estimate and on the very next day was able to remove the 30 year old 16 ft. door and replace with a new door and opener, and installed another new opener on my second garage within 5 hours.1st class service.

Who's going to come to your house on a Sunday to give you an estimate on a damaged garage door and be on time. Precision Garage Door. Cindi and I were one of the last hold outs to get a new garage door. The milking days are over. The spring had sprung. No! Not an = contracting hiring nightmare! Not at all. I went to Google and went to work. Precision Garage Doors shows a work schedule 7 days aweek. 8am til 10pm. Yeah, Yeah..an answering service....No, NOT an answering service at 8am = 10pm on a Sunday morning. The phone rep took my name and number and said a rep. will be out between 10am til 12 noon. Low and behold, Charle shows up. On Time...shows my wife the most sensible choice for our home. Charlie said he will be here the next day to install the new garage door. Charlie was professional, knowledgable and trusting for me to go to work and leave him to complete the job. What an difference. I never knew a new garage door can inhance the beauty and security of your home like Precission Garage Doors. The coolest thing is the way the quite belt drive gently lowers the door to a close. Thanks for the cool new garage door

The work was done very quickly and expertly done. The first time I used the garage door opener I thought it wasn't working because it was so quiet! The door works great and I love the keypad on the outside of the garage as well. Thank you Precision for doing a great job!
