We have a large commercial door in a residential home. Several companies would not work on it due to the size and hardware needed especially when we said that we believed that the door was fine but all the hardware needed to be replaced. The technician who came out was extremely professional and after performing a system and safety check said that they could indeed install everything I needed to have a "like new" door and lifting system and the parts would come with a lifetime warranty! Within 48 hours the technician had all the hard to find parts needed and installed the whole system in one day. He was tireless and did an outstanding job. I would recommend our technician and Precision Doors to anyone for any problem related to a garage door. In my opinion after interviewing several companies, they are the best you will find. Save your time and call Precision Door IF you want the job to be done right the first time and someone to stand behind their work! I can't say enough about our technician who was tireless and would not stop until it was perfect!!

I was completely impressed with your technician, Eric. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and yes, very sweet (Now I want to adopt him! lol). His entire attitude put me at ease the moment he began speaking with me. Considering the mood I was in when I couldn't get out of the garage, that in itself was a miracle!! He had to do the entire door (springs, rollers, remotes, keypad, cables, belt drive, etc., as well as replace the garage door opener. While it was an expense I wasn't planning on (what expense ever is, right?), it was worth every single dime! And then, to top it off, NO MAINTENANCE AND GUARANTEED FOR LIFE??!!! I didn't think a company like this even existed anymore!!! Thank you so very much for sending Eric out and for the magnificent work that he performed (give that young man a RAISE - he deserves it)!! And I love the new equipment installed - so quiet and safe! It was not my intention to mention the equipment as an afterthought; it's just that your company and Eric, impressed the heck out of me!!! Great service. The drive belt on our 12 year old opener deteriorated on a Wednesday night and by noon on Thursday we had a working opener. Rather than replace just the belt, commom sense dictated that we have Precision install a new unit. Jesse did a great job--reviewed all the features of the new opener, walked us through programming steps, told us to call him if we had any questions, and cleaned up after himself. Money well spent.

Had a basic service call just to check out the general operation of my garage door system, which is only three years old. The technician, Billy, was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He only needed to make some minor adjustments, but he also provided some cost information for suggested repairs that may be needed in the future. I would definitely call Precision Door Service again. They set me up with an appointment same day and did not try to sell me any services above and beyond what I currently needed.

On a Saturday (naturally!), one of our garage door springs broke, and we were unable to get our car out of the garage. Billy Price arrived promptly, and did an excellent job of replacing our springs. He also noticed that we had dangerously worn cables, and rollers. He explained the needed repairs in clear terms, earned our trust, and completed the repairs efficiently. In all, he was very professional. This was an emergency repair on a weekend, and he was very prompt. I recommend him highly!

Dylan was our garage door technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He assessed the issue and proposed solutions that were within my budget. While replacing the springs, pulleys and other hardware, he took time out to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. This is the second time we have called Precision Door and the same technician, Jon, arrived. He was knowledgeable. He identified one problem which he addressed quickly. Testing revealed that the problem, although much better, was still present. He persevered and identified what else needed to be done and completed that quickly as well. He was well prepared and cleaned up after himself. We cannot speak too highly of our experience with Jon and Precision Doors.
