On a Saturday (naturally!), one of our garage door springs broke, and we were unable to get our car out of the garage. Billy Price arrived promptly, and did an excellent job of replacing our springs. He also noticed that we had dangerously worn cables, and rollers. He explained the needed repairs in clear terms, earned our trust, and completed the repairs efficiently. In all, he was very professional. This was an emergency repair on a weekend, and he was very prompt. I recommend him highly!

Dylan was our garage door technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He assessed the issue and proposed solutions that were within my budget. While replacing the springs, pulleys and other hardware, he took time out to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. My wife and I own a few houses in the central Florida area and we will defintely be calling Precision Overhead Garage Door Service again for all of our garage door needs.

This is the second time we have called Precision Door and the same technician, Jon, arrived. He was knowledgeable. He identified one problem which he addressed quickly. Testing revealed that the problem, although much better, was still present. He persevered and identified what else needed to be done and completed that quickly as well. He was well prepared and cleaned up after himself. We cannot speak too highly of our experience with Jon and Precision Doors.

Technicians arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem and options to resolve it. Once an option was decided upon, they immediately got to work, installing a new opener and replacing parts for a complete overhaul of the door. We bought an Angie's list special to replace the rollers and to lube and service our garage door. Scheduling the service was easy and we able to get same day service. I was concerned about one of the springs and the technician was able to replace the springs on the same visit. One of the best service experiences I have had in a long time. The repair came with a 5 year warranty because we purchased the rollers and springs together. The technician was professional, polite and efficient.

Very good service. Rapid response time. The technician seemed well trained and performed the opener quickly and efficiently. The only item is that I wished the keypad was backlit so in the dark you can see the numbers when you open the cover.

Nick was always professional - taking time to explain which parts needed replacement and why it was necessary. He replaced most of the moving parts on the door and had it properly working again. I asked him to replace the opener as it was 15 years old. I was amazed at how quietly the door opened and closed. My neighbor was so impressed she thought I had the whole door replaced.

Our problem began with a non-functioning garage door--stuck in open position.In attempt to close, loud grinding sound came from the motor and springs did not function properly. Saw Precision on Amazon and received info in mail.Made an early evening call, Representative was polite, courteous, scheduled service call for that night much to our surprise. Service tech arrived within the hr. He determined the problem quickly. The motor was defective, needed replacement and springs were replaced. The Tech was extremely professional, courteous,knowledgable, and a hard worker leaving the work area clean of debris upon completion of work. He gave full instruction on how to use the inside, outside door remotes and hand remotes. We never had a more quiet working garage door---what a pleasure.Many thanks to Bill, the service repairman for Precision.I've been spreading the word to neighbors and friends about our great experience with this company. Many thanks for our nice, quiet garage door and your great staff.
