Attention Scott (owner of Precision Garage Doors) July 1st we had a new garage door and motor installed by Kevin Phillips. We absolutely love the door--Kevin did an outstanding job installing it and explaining how to work it. The remotes are really cool, both outside the cars and inside the cars. Today (aug 26) we had Billy Price come out to check out a loud pop in the roller channel. He explained it is normal and will settle down then corrected it for us. You have an outstanding team working for you who takes pride in the product they install and the job they do. They work 110% which shows their dedication to Precision Garage door. I had the pleasure of being served by Andrew, and John (in training). It took longer to fix than I anticipated because I was ignorant about the extent of the damage until Andrew explained it to me. Had to replace a broken spring on our door, William came out and explained everything as well as inspected the rest of the door & opener. Decided to replace both springs & rollers. William also inspected and adjusted the opener tension. Was very happy with his service & will call & recommend Precision to neighbors..........

My rating of your services is 5 stars! Your people were on time, polite, and worked continuously from start to finish. It was noted my broken spring and the good spring remaining were two sizes smaller then they should be. It was suggested both springs be replaced along with cables and other parts - the BETTER category.

Looking for an estimate replacing our old chain driven garage door opener with a new belt driven DC Lift Master garage door opener. Mike Lopez was very professional, took his time, told us what we needed to replace and listed in his quote all the items that came with the new install. We had several estimates from different companies. Precision Door gave us three different options, with different warranties and seemed the most thorough in explaining their work. When we get ready to make the switch we will call Precision Door back out to replace our garage door opener.

Second garage door w/opener installed by Precision. I hghly recommend them. Rarely do I make recommendations for service companies as they are usually lacking in perfomance, ethics, or customer service. This is not the case for Precision. They do what they say they will do.... no unexpected charges. The company has high ethics and terrific customer service, from the adminstraive side of the business to the installers. Billy Price from PRECISION DOOR SERVICE was here today to replace the broken spring on our garage door. I called at 8:00a.m. And he was here at 10:00 a.m. Yes, he checked out the entire door and did have suggestions but having to replace those items on other doors in other homes, I have complete confidence that it was well worth the added cost. Billy is professional , did an excellent job and the door is quieter and works great. I didn't have to wait 3 days for the other company to show up. I give them a 5 star rating and totally recommend them.

Found your company on GOOGLE, was expecting repairs to be expensive, they weren't. " Kevin, " was very professional and helpful. just one thing, I didn't receive a receipt ,or work order depicting(spelling out), repairs done, perhaps an oversight by someone. Knowing that you have my net address, I expected to find a receipt being e-mailed ? I would still recommend your company.

Holly, scheduled the appointment for me. She was very patient with me and worked around my schedule to set up an apointment. Thank You Holly! Dylan was the technician who came out and did the repair on my garage door. I had one of 2 springs that was broken. He told me about the different options from just replacing the broken spring up to doing a total rebuild. I opted for the total rebuild because I knew the strain the unbroken spring had been under and I knew the rollers were wearing out. So, I figured all of the other components were wearing out too. Dylan was fast effcient and explained everything and answered all my questions. Thanks Dylan! Great job! The door is much quieter now.

Very fast and friendly service. Eric was the installer and he was very much down-to-earth and professional. He was fast and efficient and if I need service again, I would hope to see him again. I usually tip for great service and I feel bad that I forgot to tip Eric (the money was in my pocket!). One of the things I appreciated about Precision's work is that I was given options. I ended up going with the lifetime deal on the belt-drive opener, springs, bearing plates, drums, cables, and rollers. No worries anymore with the garage door. Time will tell on whether the lifetime warranty materials are worth the additional cost. At this point, I believe it is the best deal and the quality of the hardware was obviously superior. Did I mention that the belt-drive opener is whisper-quiet? Amazing.
