Great service, Billy came on time did a thorough inspection found cables that were frayed, replaced them and installed new rollers. Door balance was good so no need for new springs at this time. I will use Precision in the future for my door work

I called Precision at about 10:30 am and Kevin, the Precision tech, arrived within 2 hours. He replaced all of the rollers and also adjusted the limit switch. Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable and I was very well satisfied with his work. I would not hesitate to reuse Precision in the future. I would definitely give them 5 Stars.

William arrived early for the service call which was great! He attempted to fix the problem with our 10 year old lift master garage door opener, but it seemed to be a broken "mother board". Since that was just replaced in August 2014, he suggested we get a new garage door opener which was very reasonably priced, including installation & came with a 10 year warranty. He was an extremely personable, hard working and knowledgeable employee. He got the job done quickly, explained all to my husband, and we are extremely satisfied with the new door opener. In all honesty, todays installation & the cost of the new garage door opener took less time and cost less than the amount we paid back in August to another individual for an unsatisfactory job. Thank you Precision Door Service and thank you William!

I chose Precision because it is the best. My garage door was in need of serious repair and Precision did the job for me. The service performed by Charles Merino was very professional and prompt. He obviously knew what he was doing. He spelled out very clearly the various repair options that I could choose. He did NOT exert any pressure on me as to which option to choose. That was my decision to make. I had him replace everything (springs, rollers, cables, etc.), except the actual door opener. I would definitely recommend Precision to any one that is need of a garage door repair. They are the best.

My garage door needed springs replaced so I searched the web for companies that performed service in my area. The first two I selected I got an answering machine. When I called Precision @ 12:25 Amber answered took my information and scheduled a same day appointment between 1-4 within 10 minutes Eric called to say he would be at my home in 45 minutes. He arrived on time and we discussed the issues with my door he worked up a 3 option plan that would replace the parts needed to repair w/ 1 yr. warranty, replace parts needed plus center bearing assy. w/5 yr. warranty, complete mechanical rebuild of the door w/ life time warranty. We went with the complete rebuild Eric was very professional and he worked quickly to complete the task. Great job... 5's across the board. I would recommend Precision ( Eric ) to anyone.

Had absolutely no issues with Precision. Scott turned up very quickly after the phone call, literally within a couple of hours. He had everything we needed to solve the issue on the truck, and replaced it all again within a couple of hours. Helped us do the codes and program the cars as well. I'd recommend this company.

Precision was professional from the beginning to the end. Very organized, using modern tools of communication (web, email) in a excellent and effective way. Estimate was done right at the job-site with a internet connected tablet computer, took only seconds to get the estimated price and I had been given three options for the repair. The technician Jonathan Gonzalez arrived on time and gave me an enroute call as promised. Jon is a very skilled, professional and extremely courteous expert. Checked the door, the mechanics and everything out. Gave me an electronically prepared overview about the condition of my door and it's mechanics. Made suggestion (suggestions only, no pressure) of repairs, maintanance. Advised me of future small maintenance I could do myself. We decided to replace both springs, and install a center bearing. The materials used are Precision labeled OEM parts, seem to be from high quality. Work was done in no time, professional, knowledgeable and clean. Jon even tightened up some loose screws on the door for no charge. Garage door was tested for balance, drive was adjusted for strength and opening range. Door is now working perfect, closes straight and level, and is now quiet due do the new springs. Jon never rushed and took great pride in his workmanship. Jon is a true asset for Precision, and he is one of the main reason, I will stick with Precision in the future.

Quick, quality service. I am very happy with the response to my squeaking garage door. New opener and rollers were installed 6 months ago. Recently the squeaking started. This is one of the best sevice companies in Central Florida. The technician, Bill, was on time and called one hour before arrival. Bill inspected the door and gave me an itemized quote. I would like to thank Mr. William Roberts for the first class treatment that we received.we asked for a estimate on a garage door opener. the appointment was made quickly William was there right on time 4 PM on a Friday night he took his time to explain what I needed and after he showed me my springs and a header board were ready to break which was obvious when I looked at them they after all were 10 years old.I was thankful.he wrapped all my needs up into a affordable bundle and edit it with the garage door opener I was very satisfied he went right to work.he finish the job in just the time that he said he would my wife was very happy when she came home to see the new opener. She was very surprised because you cannot hear the door go up and down it is so smooth. same day service (for new opener) pretty much not available from other vendors, price not "cheap", however, you "get what you pay for". Tech was knowledgable and effective to install new opener (with lifetime warranty which none of the ones you buy at Lowes or Home Depot will actually provide - if you happen to have to call them they will have you check the spring strength and then tell you there warranty "does not apply due to springs not pulling their weight".
