We purchased our home in March and Bob ended up damaging the lowest strut and weather stripping on the garage door the evening of September 24. Less than two days later the repairs have been done and the door is better than it was originally. We were given a time slot for an inspection and repair estimate for this morning (9/26) and especially appreciated the fact that we received a call stating when to expect Jonathan. He gave us various options and we decided to also have the springs replaced, since the original ones were obviously undersized for the weight of the door. He had materials on the truck and was able to immediately start the job. Upon completion of the work Jonathan reviewed the repairs/replacements with us and answered all of our questions. You definitely deserve your Angie's list rating!

Blake first evaluated the the entire door and operating system. Door was not working because of broken spring. He then explained my options for repair and we decided based on age of motor and wear on parts that a new motor and overhaul was best option. He was very good at explaining each step in his repair as well as how to operate and care for new motor,remotes,and keypad. I was very happy with his work ethic and professional approach. THANKS

Both of the technicians that did our service work today were great. Very polite and efficient. We have had you do work for us since the end of 2005 on our garage door. We have Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage and we were wondering why today was the first time we were ever charged a service call fee. We assumed everything was always covered like it has been in the past. Our previous invoice #740556 dated June 7, 2013 we had the springs adjusted on the 16x7 foot door plus we had the technician install new springs etc on the 9x7 foot when he made the conversion and there was no service charge. Waiting your reply and to repeat: we were pleased with the work performed today. thanks You
