The garage door torsion spring broke one afternoon last week. I found a recommendation for Precision Doors on our community Facebook page and called that afternoon. An inspection tech was scheduled to be onsite the next morning at 8:00am. He arrived on time and was professional in his inspection and recommendations. He worked with my wife and we wound up replacing the springs and most of the door hardware as it was original equipment and over 20 years old. The installation tech arrived a few hours later and installed everything and left it in almost new condition. Both Precision employees were very professional and considerate with my wife. I would recommend the service to anyone needing garage door or opener services.

Remote controls and "eye" of the door itself was repaired and new keypad outside installed;spring checked and corrected;hinges oiled. The technician was nice and good and respectful! He answered our questions and explained to us patiently.Overall, he is very,very good and we are satisfied with his job.

Scott Mayhew came out to fix my garage which is about 25 years old. It had literally fallen off the tracks. He was able to fix it, fortify it and fix problem areas that made it more dangerous. He was awesome and did a great job. I highly recommend Scott Mayhew and Precision.

Great experience!!!Dylan and Evan showed up a little early than scheduled and knocked it out.In less than 3 hours they made my old crappy garage door look and run like it was brand new again.Highly recommended

I've used Precision before & called again for help re-adjusting my opener after I replaced a broken coupler. Beau came out & started slowly diagnosing the problem & answering all my questions & explaining how my (13 year old) opener works. Limiters had popped out. Problem solved. He was very patient, positive attitude, informative & gave me options for future needs. Great service & highly recommend !!

We called on New Years Day after our garage door opener quit working. They came out the next day to inspect it and then came the next day to put in new garage door openers. They were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. I would highly recommend their service to anyone with garage door issues.

I called for service on New Years Day for my broken garage door. I really didn't expect to have anyone come out right away, but amazingly they had a guy out to my house within an hour! The tech, Steven, was great and had all the needed parts on the truck. He had me up and running in a couple of hours. Best of all, most of the repair was covered under warrant because they had done some work on my door nearly a decade ago. I didn't even realize that the previous repair carried a lifetime parts and labor warranty! Super happy!

Nick was excellent, personable and efficient. He explained why is was not working and the adjustments the new door I purchased from them needed. We had a power outage and it wouldn’t open manually because of the adjustments needed. It’s a very heavy door and I needed instructions on opening it in case of power outages, a little different than my previous old door. Highly recommend this technician and company.
