From the first call, I was impressed. We had our appointment scheduled in a timely manner and the technician showed up when scheduled. They even called to let us know he was on his way. He did a full inspection of both our garage doors and repaired our double door spring like a true professional!! Great company! Incredible service!! Woke up Saturday morning to a broken spring and a door that didn't want to open. I called at 8:30am and was given a window from 1pm-4pm and I was shocked when there wasn’t a weekend upcharge. Dylan called me just after 1 and let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he quickly assessed the situation gave me his recommendations and went to work. I decided to have Dylan completely overhaul the springs, pulleys and rollers and within an hour or so he was done. The door is quieter and smother than ever. Price was very reasonable.

Looked online and you were the only company that could fix the door today. Eric explained what needed to be done. We asked why it was different from what was quoted, he explained. Finished the job quickly, cleaned up after himself, and completed the job in less than 3 hours. Awesome job!

Billy did an excellent job. The service was fast and extremely affordable. We discussed the age of my opener and we decided it's best if I go with the complete rebuild package. Been a satisfied PDS customer since 2013... always prompt service, reasonable pricing and excellent warranty coverage on parts and labor. For the first time ever, our garage door locked us in... both cars. 30 min after calling PDS (after-hours), Nick came out to service the door (snapped cable) and was here for about 3 hours, making sure everything was properly working, in the rain...WOW. Was only charged a regular service call (no after-hours fee), covered one part under warranty, and reasonably charged for another part. Between techs like Nick and the company's "can do" philosophy, a potentially aggravating situation was stress-free. Thank you Nick & PDS, Dan

Surprising response to phone call. I was surprised at the same day service and the needed parts on carried on the truck. While the service technician was replacing my garage door bottom weather seal, a neighbor came by and wanted the same work done at his house. When the service technician was ready to leave after he completed the work he received a call from your office to go to the neighbors house. Fantastic.
