Door seal and weak springs replacement. Excellent service. Tech was able to arrive earlier than originally expected(same day response). Billy was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. I gained a better understanding of the garage door mechanism from him. Cost of repairs was reasonable. Would gladly use this company in the future.

Garage door would not open Friday evening as we were leaving for an evening out......could not open manually, either. Called our original installer from several years ago, but closed for weekend. I scheduled my appointment through the Chat app on the website. The technicians called and kept me apprised on the exact arrival time, which occurred in less than 1 1/2 hours after my request. My garage door opener was not working. After a thorough check, I was told my 21 year old unit needed to be replaced. The house is listed for sale and I needed to be as cost efficient as possible. They worked with me to find a solution that worked for my budget, replacing not only the motor, but the springs, ball bearings and sensor eyes as well. All was completed in less than 2 hours.
