The technician who made the repairs and installed the opener was amazing. I had my spring break on my garage door. I had Ron Wiggins come out and do the assessment. He was very knowledgeable and suggested I get two springs and two new cables which i agreed. He also gave me a estimate for a new garage door. I liked everything he said and suggested. Great guy. 15 min. Later the installer came. His name was James Jacob. James did a jam up job. He put the new springs and cables on. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He got my garage door working well. Great guy and dam good installer. Greetings, My experience with your company was outstanding... It began with your sales representative Tyler, who provided an excellent presentation of the value of the materials used and the warranty service which your company provides. He was able to accommodate a same day overhaul of all the moving parts, including new springs. Our case was unique because the builder who constructed our community used a substandard garage door installer who did not install the system correctly. Jimmy was assigned to do the overhaul the same afternoon after the initial appointment with Tyler. He was a pleasure to work with. He did the installation and provided me a walkthrough of everything he did, and explained the warranty and the invoice I would be receiving by email. Thank you to both of them for having made this repair a pleasant experience. I own several properties and will for sure reach out to your office for future support of all my garage systems. I called Precision as soon as I realized my garage door opener was completely broken. It was July 4th holiday- they answered the phone at 7:30 am and had a technician out at 9:00 am. I needed a new system and they offered me the same day appointment for an installation. The install technician came at 11:00 am and worked in the hot garage for 4 hours. He was polite and patient when explaining the system. I am so impressed with the quality of work and the excellent capability of the technicians. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a complete Hardware Overhaul along with a new 87504 Lift Opener installed. My thoughts: Pro's: Amazing customer service at every level from Viktor the Estimator to Jimmy the Installer. Knowledgeable, fast response times with questions and options, I had an appointment within 24 hours of accepting a quote, patient and very polite. My garage upon completion can hardly be heard when opening or closing, excellent motion LED lights and Camera system. Top quality hardware all around. Con's: Zero. Job well done Precision! We contacted Precision Garage Door for a repair and then ended up installing 3 new quiet motors with WiFi. The first technician to diagnose the repair was prompt, courteous and professional. Since it was an extensive repair, we inquired about replacing all 3 motors. We were given a reasonable estimate for the job. The two technicians Jimmy and Brittany arrived on time. They were very thorough and professional. When the install was completed, Jimmy took the time to explain the Wifi capability and help set up in the App. He went the extra mile by contacting LiftMaster while still on premise with a glitch we were having with setup. I received great customer service throughout the whole process from scheduling the repair to installing all new motors. I even received a follow up phone call after the job was completed.

My house is for sale, and the day before a showing the garage door broke. I called Precision and they came that afternoon and were ready to do the repairs. the Tech, Jimmy, was courteous, knowledgeable, and showed me what he was going to do. He didn't talk down to me, but he explained it in terms that I could understand, for which I am grateful. Very nice young man. I am very pleased with the work.

Absolutely great service. Replaced the broken spring and other parts within about 4-5 hours of my first call. All service personnel were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Their promptness and professionalism allowed us to make the medical appointment we had without hassle or rescheduling. Recommend them highly!

I called Precision because I see the truck in my neighborhood often and reviews were good. My experience was much better than I expected. My initial call with Noah was professional, friendly and quick. And, he got me an appt right when I wanted it. My initial technician Tyler was again excellent. He was fast and explained everything to me clearly, especially considering I’m far from a garage door/opener expert. I pretty much knew it was time for a new door opener and chose to do that vs any kind of repair. Cameron came with another person (I’m sorry, I’ve forgotten his name), but both were very nice. I was on a bit of a timeline and they got that opener in, serviced my door AND got my app and car programmed with me in a bit over an hour. Very impressive. I’m super happy with the whole process from start to finish. Can’t say that about most companies anymore. Thank you.

After a power outage on New Year's Eve, I started having issues with my garage door. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment. Two employees came out and checked out the door and let me know what they could do. Today, Jimmy, came out to do on the repairs. Very nice gentleman. He explained everything he was going to do and before he left he showed me everything he had done and made sure I understood. Great guy. I would recommend Precision Doors to all my friends. GREAT company and GREAT employees.
