I am very happy with Precision. I called at 8:40am and they were able to get a technician to my home within an hour. Blake, the technician, quickly diagnosed the problem and advised of various options. It took 2+hours but my door is working again and is better than new with warranted parts. Thanks Blake!

Blake and Bill came the same day that I called. My garage door wanted to do things its way, going up and coming half-way down many times. Had no idea what to do. I had Precision before for a repair and was happy with the service so I called again to correct this door problem. They did a good job and were very polite in answering my many questions. Explained the way things worked and about the motor that opened and shut the garage door. Of course, I thought it was too high but had to have it done. Very satisfied with the two men that did the work. I had the motor replaced that opened and shut garage door.

Precision Doors gets an A++ for the great service today! Blake and his assistant were friendly, worked fast, and gave me great advice. This company is the best by far! They came out 30 minutes after i called on a friday night. The tech Blake was great, very knowledgable and honest with what he was doing. I asked him many questions and he answered every one perfectly; I was very impressed with his knowledge and his exceptional personality- you have a treasure there - hold onto him. As for his work, our garage door has never worked better since the day we had it installed. It is not quiet, smooth, and efficient. Blake did a great job. My Wife called Precision this morning and within two hours our technician, Kevin, was with us. We could not believe how quickly someone responded to our call and two hours later our broken garage door opener was replaced!! The technicians are always courteous and have a professional look by wearing uniforms that are pressed and clean.
