Dylan was our service person and was very professional. Came out within two hours of phone call to company. He saw how dangerous our situation was and did a 12 point inspection and gave me options on fixing my spring and coil wires. Then he has everything on his truck to fix my door. He cleaned up after himself and we were set to go within an hour. My husband is disabled and was happy to be able to get out garage door with his scooter or wheelchair. Great service from beginning of process to the completion of the job. Chat feature on website is easy to use. I contacted these guys at 0900 on a Saturday and by door was repaired by noon. The technician who came out, Andrew, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. A great representative for your company. Not only did he explain what he was going to do he explained how the springs that Precision installs are superior in performance to other installers springs. Had a new belt drive opener and better springs installed this morning after a failure of part of my old opener. Blake checked everything and made recommendations for the new belt drive opener and better springs, and explained the reasons for the recommendation well. Although there were better options (and more $$) I am pleased with the recommendation I accepted. Blake installed the new opener quickly, much more so than I had believed it would take. Important to me, though, was that there was never a sense of pressure from Blake. He just put the options out there and once I decided, he jumped into action on the install. Blake is a good face for the company and I would definitely recommend Precision.

I had the pleasure of dealing with eric & scott today...I have to say, from the moment I contacted precision, I felt as though I made a good decision in contacting them for the service I required...upon my calling I received and email confirming my appointment day and time and it also included a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home...I received a call shortly after stated that they would be at my home in 30mins. they arrived within the stated time and after introductions they assessed my issue and gave me options of what needed to be done...no pressure to buy anything. garage door springs and rollers needed to be replaced...very happy with the service I received and so glad to have my garage door operational...

Extremely happy with the service. The technician came to the house exactly when he said he would, he quickly diagnosed the problem (missing reference clip) and fixed it, and performed a full evaluation in which he found a broken hinge we hadn't noticed, and quickly replaced. As I said, we were extremely happy with the service, the technician was friendly and professional, and we would definitely call Precision again should wee have any future problems with the garage door.
