He arrived early, was able to fix the item timely, provided me with multiple options and was kind enough to give me a few tips for the future which was greatly appreciated. I had the pleasure of dealing with eric & scott today...I have to say, from the moment I contacted precision, I felt as though I made a good decision in contacting them for the service I required...upon my calling I received and email confirming my appointment day and time and it also included a picture of the technician that would be arriving at my home...I received a call shortly after stated that they would be at my home in 30mins. they arrived within the stated time and after introductions they assessed my issue and gave me options of what needed to be done...no pressure to buy anything. garage door springs and rollers needed to be replaced...very happy with the service I received and so glad to have my garage door operational...

Extremely happy with the service. The technician came to the house exactly when he said he would, he quickly diagnosed the problem (missing reference clip) and fixed it, and performed a full evaluation in which he found a broken hinge we hadn't noticed, and quickly replaced. As I said, we were extremely happy with the service, the technician was friendly and professional, and we would definitely call Precision again should wee have any future problems with the garage door.
