Great install. Great technician. Biggest issue is WiFi for garage door has terrible ratings and is impossible to get to work correctly. Ratings totally show it so I think you should carry a better WiFi capable product and make sure you are carrying best products available.

It's not that we refuse to provide you with the paperwork or warranty, we just send it electronically. I see we emailed you a copy but you may have not received it. I absolutely LOVE this company. They replaced my 2 car garage door a couple of years ago. I had an issue recently, and called them. They were here that day and serviced the door. It's like new once again. Ryan was very professional and friendly. He explained all he did and why. I would recommend Precision for any of your garage door issues.

i felt this was a sales call not a service call! the tech was nice but pushed selling! and gave excuses. i needed a spring adjustment and tried to tell me springs two years old can go bad or be broken. tried to sell me a new door opener that started @ $400 and up. i know i had issues with my opener and the people who made it (still under warranty ) told me the parts i needed to fix it and was the ones to advise of the spring adjustment.

Happy 4th of July, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. At Precision Door Service of Central Florida, we try to provide our customers with minimum repairs to safely get your garage door working again. We also provide our customers with recommendations to safely use your garage door for years to come. It was documented that you added insulation to your door which added weight to it. This causes the door to become unbalanced thus straining your motor. This strain has stripped the trolly and damaged your coupler, which is visible on the photos of the logic board we emailed you. As for the warranty from the motor manufacturer, if the damage to the motor was under warranty, they would replace the parts for free. Instead they sold you the replacement parts. The replacement parts do not address the damage to the logic board, and you will continue to experience intermittent problems. For this reason, the technician suggested a long term solution of replacing the motor vs piecing together your old Genie motor. After you declined our recommendations, we only provided you with the minimum repair as requested. Thanks again for your feed back,

My garage doors were a mess. Different codes, different remotes. One would open but not close. The other had a bad back up battery and worn parts. Precision door came out quick. They walked me through every step of the process and completed my repairs on the spot. I ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone and everyone. I wish I would have called sooner.

Called early in the morning on Memorial Day May 28th, 2018 and was able to set an appointment for a technician to arrive between 10:30 am -12:00 noon. At approx. 9:15am, the technician, Ryan called and said he would be able to make it at 9:45am if that was ok, of which I replied that it was. Ryan arrived at that precise time. Ryan the technician was outstanding. Knowledgable, customer oriented and sensitive to our needs. Gave us all the options and explained each in detail, allowing us to make an informed decision. The quality and efficiency of the repair was second to none and we are so grateful to have been able to do business with such a great company. Should we ever have any needs again for our garage door we will definitely be calling Precision again.

I had a problem of the garage door making a very loud noise once it hits the concrete floor.Tech Eric assessed and found out that the spring was not the right one for my heavy garage and in addition the cables are worn out. Those were replaced after him explaining.Satisfied with the service. He is polite and knowledgeable.

A friend recommended Precision. The technician introduced himself (Jerrod), I explained what I wanted. He explained he needed about 20 minutes to review the everything and prepare and estimate. He finished in about 20 minutes, explained each option to my satisfaction. The estimated were emailed, and I had a chance to review my options later in the day. Very pleasant experience!

This is the second time (on separate residences) I’ve used Precision. They are extremely professional and the service has been scheduled the day after I called. The service techs always arrive on time and are wonderful at explaining the needed repair and showing the worn or broken parts. I’ve never felt that I was taken advantage of either. I would never use another company and highly recommend them!

I have been impressed by Precision for years and they don't disappoint! We had a spring installed by precision in 2013 and had a lifetime warranty, it recently snapped and they came out and replaced it no charge! A company that stands by their work....amazing! while they were there I had them replace our old garage door opener, Nick and Blake did a superb job, they were early than expected, which is always great in my book. They were very professional guys, very respectful and went above and beyond. We did have trouble hooking up the wifi on the opener and we did not resolve it that day but the follow up from Tim, one of the managers was incredible and timely. A Linear opener experienced Tech named Scott came out and with a little effort got the wifi up and running.....you all continue to 'wow' me, I am a precision door customer for life and will highly recommend you! thank you and don't change your customer focus.

We were impressed that we reached a live person on Sunday night to schedule our emergency repair and you were able to come out the next morning. We needed a complete overhaul of the garage door and the repair was done under your lifetime warranty without question. Chris was very professional and did a great job. The door is working better than ever. He even returned quickly, when we called back, to check out a problem with the opener that cropped up after he left.
