Kerry was on time, very courteous, thorough and efficient. Gave us a complete breakdown of services, recommended a full overhaul due to our garage being almost 20 years old and showed me the different components that were worn(Pretty much all of them!!!). Very pleased with the service performed. Customer Service was excellent across the board, from the reps on the phone to Kerry. Wonderful experience.

Good experience from start to finish. Chris was great to work with. He came to my house, explained the door choices, and helped me buy the ones that were best for my house. Answered my email questions promptly. Followed up after installation. The guys who installed the doors were professional, on time, and did a good job. And, I was satisfied with the price.

Quite a number of years ago I phoned Precision Door on a Sunday. My garage door would not go down and I needed help that day to secure my home for the night. Precision Door was listed as being available seven days a week and they sent someone out to service my garage door. I have not called anyone else since that time. I have always been served with courtesy and reasonable pricing. The customer service is outstanding. Thank you. Due to the hurricane I requested a quote for a new garage door.

I am extremely pleased with my Precision Door experience today. I called this morning to request service for my garage door opener. I was given an apppointnent with a 3 hour arrival window. I got a call from the technician saying he wasn’t far from my home and asking if he could arrive early. I of course said yes.
