Have used Precision on three different properties. All have been great experiences. I called on last Monday and they were going to send a tech out that day but I couldn't with them so they came the next morning. Nick very quickly diagnosed a bad circuit board on one of my openers. I opted to replace both openers with the latest model which is WiFi compatible and has security cameras built in. He called his office and Matt and John were on site within an hour to do installation. They were done by noon that day and did an awesome job. Super quiet operation. they even programmed both of my Home-link buttons in vehicles. All three techs were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I especially like the their policy of texting you before they come which gives a short bio and a picture of the tech. They then follow up with a phone call telling you they are on their way. Just an all around good company with exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Precision Door Service. I had both a double garage door and a single garage door installed. They were professional and the quality of the product is outstanding. Thanks to all of the staff from the sales rep to the installers. I recently had to call for an adjustment, their warranty covered this and the employee "Maurice" who came to look at the problem, took his time, made sure that alignment was done and went over the adjustment and called me out to demonstrate the adjustment was done to my satisfaction and explained everything he had done. There is a reason they are the top rated company!!!!

Just yesterday Precision Door Service installed two new garage doors and openers. The two installers were terrific the entire time they were at our house. All of the work was done in one day and in a very professional manner. The guys walked us through the MyQ app setup so that we can remotely open and close, as well as monitor, our doors. We chose the opener device that is extremely quiet and it certainly is. We could not be happier with the products we chose and with the expert work of the installers.

We could not have been happier following Maurice's installation of a new opener, springs, rollers, cable, etc. Rarely does an installer get a 5 out of 5. Why? Because no one is perfect. Well there is nothing more that Maurice could have done better. He was knowledgeable, courteous, worked quickly, and gave us an good sound overview of what he did and how to use the new opener and keypad.

The technician sent a text message alerting of arrival time with his color photo and a short bio - unseen before - great for security purpose and great conversation starter. The Lead Tech / QC Specialist Mr. Scott Mayhew was beyond outstanding; his know-how, technical expertise answering all my technical questions (am a retired engineer); provided recommendations on what to-do/not-to-do, on alternatives to garage door openers (belts vs. chains drives and direct-drive (jackshaft) was outstanding and very helpful. The tech was very well mannered and versed on subject matter as well as his technical skills; was very clean, neat and organized. Entire experience was exceptional - 5 out of 5 stars! I wish that other business would "copycat" from Precision Garage Door of Central Florida as they are simply a pleasure to deal with and to undertake on any of your Garage Door requirements. We called late morning on a Saturday because our garage door opener wouldn’t work, Technician Scott Mayhew arrived within a couple of hours and explained what our options were, we decided on the Liftmaster 8550w-267 And we also purchased the Silent Package. Scott was very knowledgeable and competent. We were lucky to have him as our tech.

Absolutely love our garage door which is super quiet. I would rate a 5 but they left with our brand new key-less garage door entry pad that we had just installed two weeks prior. We've call repeatedly and they have not offered to return the keypad or pay the $40 I paid to buy the keypad (I still have the receipt). I spend $3,000 and they can't send me the $40 because I assume the keypad is gone.
