William was excellent! He Arrived within an hour after we called. He assessed the problem, gave us recommendations and explained everything. The technician, Andrew, arrived as per our appointment to inspect our old garage door that had problems opening and closing. We chose to install a new motor, and also had springs, cables remotes, and an outdoor keypad replaced. Andrew was very knowledgeable and attentive and installed everything to perfection. This is the second time we used Precision Doors and will use them again the future for their professionalism and workmanship. Five stars.

Pretty impressive; I called one phone number and then hung up to call another number where i made an appointment; not too long later i got a follow up call from the first number to ask if i was able to schedule an appointment; Ryan was a few minutes late for which he apologized, was very professional, and got the job done in a timely manner; my opener is over 20 years old so i asked for information for a new one and he included that info in one of his emails; bing, bang, boom.......well done.

I moved into a house with an unconventional garage setup and no automatic door opener. Someone had installed the wrong garage door, door wouldn;t open fully, there's a very low ceiling, no room on the sides of the garage, and some other obstacles. Nick came out to let me know if it was possible. They took some measurements and pictures so they could brainstorm. Called back with some ideas and went to work. The setup and service is great!

The technician called to ask if he could come earlier than our appointment time, and it worked out fine by me. He was thorough, and professional in handling my request. Nothing was broken on my doors (single and double), but I wanted preventative maintenance, spring adjustment, and new rollers, which he provided in a quick and efficient manner.
