Precision came to my attention after seeing their "Home Expert" segment many times on WFTV. My garage door had damaged hardware that was beyond my ability to repair, so I gave them a call. Their phone representative was very helpful and set me up with a same day appointment. The tech (Eric) was on time, calling me when he was 30 minutes out. He gave me an accurate estimate before starting work, giving me several options starting with "make it work for now" all the way up to "make it work for years". The price was fair so I went with a total hardware replacement (springs, bearings, new cables, hubs, etc.) He also fixed a bent track and lubricated all of the hinges and rollers. The door is now runs quiet and opens easily even with the door opener disengaged. I was very happy with the service and even happier with the piece of mind.

Our tech did a great job! He thoroughly explained everything and the differences between the services. Pricing was discussed upfront with no pressure. After work was done he again explained everything and made sure to show me the work he performed. He then showed me how to properly lube all the rollers. Top notch work!

Wow I cannot recall having a company ever coming to my home and fix anything that fast. I had a broken spring in my garage door I called these folks and requested service at around 0840 pm on Monday night and they had the door up and running by 0940 am the next day. The price of the repair (I think) was a bit high but I have to admit they did fix it right the first time. Today is Friday (after they fixed the door) and the door is still working like a charm. Maybe is just me but I kind of now hear the door working a bit smoother after they repairman put the new springs. Yes I would call them again if I have to.

Scott did an amazing job. Your customer service team is excellent. I emailed late on Thanksgiving night my request for service. Your team called my house within 30 minutes and set up an appointment for the following morning. Scott came out and was great. I had purchased the lifetime warranty package with Precision before, and your team delivered. I highly recommend anyone getting a repair to purchase the lifetime warranty package since your team stands behind your product.
