Here we are on a Saturday morning and we have garage door maintenance, that in itself is amazing. What a professional group of people to come and fix our much needed work to be done on our builder grade garage doors, that is two doors. An upgrade that was obviously needed. The installers were very professional, their vehicles were clean and obviously new and well cared for. Old dirty trucks equates to dirty job, not with PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE. I called Precision's office on a Thursday afternoon and described what my garage door was and wasn't doing. The first tech arrived the next morning to troubleshoot my system. Bernard was courteous and was very thorough in his examination. It was determined that my 16 year old motor was shot. He scheduled Brett to come for the repairs within several hours. There was no wasted time. Brett explained what he was going to do and was done in a short while. The motor was replaced as well as the door sensors and the wall panel. 2 new remotes were included in my price. The price I was quoted before scheduling the repair was spot on when the work was completed. The garage was clean before Brett went through an exhibition of my new system. He went through a full explanation and operation of each new piece. I was very thankful that I called them to handle my problem. Precision has a very professional staff from beginning to end of the project.

A couple of months ago, my neighbor was getting some garage door work done by Tyler Hartley (I didn't know him then) and I asked for a business card. I told him I didn't need any service then, but I may in the future as my neighbor's house and mine are the same age. Sure enough, that time came last Monday, 5/9. I called Precision and got Stephanie. She was extremely nice and set up an appointment for me that afternoon. Tyler just happened to be technician that was dispatched. He was extremely thorough in examining my garage door and operator (screw drive) setup. He then presented me with several options and suggestions. I chose the garage door rebuild (springs, cables, rollers, the works) as well as a new operator and chain drive (Linear). He gave me a quote and indicated that the work could be completed the next day (5/10). Tyler was very professional through the whole process. He came across as being a very nice guy. On the morning of 5/10, Evan Tucker arrived a little before 10:00am and was equally professional and another very nice person. He completed all the work in 3 hours, which was the estimate he gave me when he started. He showed me everything he had done on the door, springs, rollers, etc., as well as the chain drive and operator installation. Everything was perfect and I am very happy with all the Precision personnel that I came in contact with. I am also very happy with the performance of the garage door and Linear chain drive. I was missing a third vehicle remote that Tyler had added to the original quote as I have two cars and a motorcycle. Evan took care of that, and the final remote was delivered and set up by Sean O'Leary this morning, 5/12. It's really nice to be dealing with a Precision staff that was both professional, and just nice to be around. Needed a chain/belt replaced on overhead garage door opener. The process of an estimator then a technician to repair was a surprise, I thought the person coming out would take care of everything since the intake person wasn't clear and transparent about this, n order to establish the correct expectations, but other than that, both Rob the tech/estimator and Brittany the tech/ repair person were EXCELLENT!! They were very professional, respectful and quick in performing their duties and got the job done the same day and at a reasonable price!! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Have used Precision on three different properties. All have been great experiences. I called on last Monday and they were going to send a tech out that day but I couldn't with them so they came the next morning. Nick very quickly diagnosed a bad circuit board on one of my openers. I opted to replace both openers with the latest model which is WiFi compatible and has security cameras built in. He called his office and Matt and John were on site within an hour to do installation. They were done by noon that day and did an awesome job. Super quiet operation. they even programmed both of my Home-link buttons in vehicles. All three techs were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I especially like the their policy of texting you before they come which gives a short bio and a picture of the tech. They then follow up with a phone call telling you they are on their way. Just an all around good company with exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend them.

Just yesterday Precision Door Service installed two new garage doors and openers. The two installers were terrific the entire time they were at our house. All of the work was done in one day and in a very professional manner. The guys walked us through the MyQ app setup so that we can remotely open and close, as well as monitor, our doors. We chose the opener device that is extremely quiet and it certainly is. We could not be happier with the products we chose and with the expert work of the installers.

We could not have been happier following Maurice's installation of a new opener, springs, rollers, cable, etc. Rarely does an installer get a 5 out of 5. Why? Because no one is perfect. Well there is nothing more that Maurice could have done better. The Lead Tech / QC Specialist Mr. Scott Mayhew was beyond outstanding; his know-how, technical expertise answering all my technical questions (am a retired engineer); provided recommendations on what to-do/not-to-do, on alternatives to garage door openers (belts vs. chains drives and direct-drive (jackshaft) was outstanding and very helpful. The tech was very well mannered and versed on subject matter as well as his technical skills; was very clean, neat and organized. Entire experience was exceptional - 5 out of 5 stars!
