The team at Precision has been very helpful. Last year they helped me get a custom garage door ordered for a somewhat nonstandard building and since installed has worked perfectly. Recently, I called them to add a garage door opener and they came out the next day to look at and quote the job and had it installed by the early afternoon. They are very responsive and I have been very happy with my garage door and the friendly service.

Responded Sunday afternoon when called about my garage door not working. They couldn't come out until the next day and asked if 8am-1200 would be ok. I agreed with 8-12 time slot. About 1040 I called the company since I hadn't heard from them and they said tech would be out soon. 11 am a tech came out and I showed him the problem. He assessed the situation and gave me options to fix it and the prices. I told him to just fix the broken springs . He assured me the tech should be arriving soon and would be the one to fix the problem. Once the tech arrived I was able to move my car out of the way and he replaced the springs .

The technicians were very professional and very thorough before they even do the job by taking pictures of the garage doors and all its parts before they start. The tech Brittany called a head to let me know she was on her way , and did a good job. My home is a new construction so it required everything needed for a new garage door opener. I have no complaints.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service has been great ever since I heard of them on Real Radio (FM 104.1), Monsters in the Morning. I called on Monday, June 6 and had an appointment schedule for Jun 7 in the afternoon. Technician McAdory and Cameron were both here and replaced the warranty linear battery backup. They also check the operation of the opener and all related parts. Their attention to detail on all aspect of a garage door is very professional. I highly recommend this company for any garage door problems or to install a new garage door like I did. Thank you for your professional service.

We called Precision Door Service because we previously used their service for a garage door repair and were extremely satisfied. Mason Slack arrived on time and provided an expert examination and assessment of the garage door opener issue. He photographed everything and explained what was needed for the repair. Technician Greg Franklin arrived a short time later and made the repairs. He was meticulous about the quality and function of the repairs as he fine tuned the garage door opener's operation. He then tested the function and took pictures of the repairs. Precision Door Services is fortunate to have professionals like Mason and Greg on their staff. Called in the AM, was told someone would be here between 12:00 and 3:00, at 12:30 I was Told what was wrong and an estimate was given to me. Sam was here within an hour, put in the new motor, fixed the springs, all was good. Thank you Precision excellent service.

Excellent job! The technician, Evan, was friendly, competent and thorough. A few difficulties arose during the repair process but he was able to devise solutions and work through them very quickly and efficiently. Good work, nice guy. Only issue was the salesman told me 8am install he programmed a 8-12 install. It all worked out and he was done by 11am.

Absolutely fantastic! Mason and Cooper are true professionals just like the good old days. Mason came out and gave me a free estimate. He suggested several options and I told him that I wanted a garage door opener with no frills, just the basics. He found one and Cooper came and installed it the same day. It took about 5 hours. Cooper explained everything after the job was done and even cleaned up. This was better than I expected. Truly professional and courteous installers.

very unhappy with company ordered two garage doors, they screwed up and the manger Charlie was very difficult to work with. when they installed the door we had to call them back because the doors were off track, very disappointed with this company and their treatment.
