The call was to correct an install problem from a door you put in 3 years ago. I called late on Friday afternoon and you had a service tech at my house the next morning at 8:00 AM. I am, indeed, impressed with such fast customer service. Problem was corrected promptly and the technician, Dylan was courteous and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure doing business with your company and nice to know you stand by your work even 3 years later.

Always fast service, excellent technicians that know what they are doing and take their time to give us good advise, even when we test their patience with dumb questions. Luis was great today!! Our springs are under warranty so he balanced door and fixed springs at no cost other than service call rate. We have always been happy with the service.

Fantastic service! We returned Saturday from Thanksgiving vacation to a door that wouldn't open. Eric came out on Sunday, exactly when scheduled, analyzed the problem immediately and presented me with multiple repair options, and had the work completed, all within an hour. He was very professional and personable. I couldn't ask for anything better!

The service I received was exceptional!! I had only 1 concern and I discussed it with my technician!!Telling me my garage door could be fixed but it would take 3 weeks to get the part threw up a red flag!! Especially since there was a solution on his truck was available immediately!!! So.... not wanting to wait 3 weeks for a part...was forced to make the decision to buy what was on the truck!!!... a brand new opener with key pad, remotes .....almost $500.00 later! I'm very happy with the new opener, I was just blown away by the choice I needed to make !!! My Tech was awesome tho and did a great job!! Thank You for your quick service!!!

Called this morning to make an appointment. Was fortunate to schedule an appointment for 2:00pm today. Charlie, the service technician, called to let me know he was ahead of schedule. He introduced himself and was courteous and professional the entire time. He made adjustments to the main rod, reinstalled the bearing and made certain the door operated properly before leaving at 2:05pm. This is the type of service every customer should receive from businesses.

I recently had a new belt garage door installed, replacing my chain drive. I had an issue with my garage doors, called Precision and within 1 hour a technician was here, problem solved. I call Precision because I know they are professional and reliable. I also like being able to see who my technician is and both times I had Precision door out the technician has been very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

If you need any service on your garage doors or openers, Precision is the best. I was offered service the same day, but had to schedule for next day. Luis arrived as promised and within minutes had diagnosed the problem that a previous "technician" from another service could not. Luis repaired all the issues ran all the diagnostics and had my door working flawlessly. Prior to Luis arriving I was sent an email with his name and picture to assure who was arriving to repair my garage door and opener. Professional, courteous, thorough and skilled. Can not recommend Precision high enough. Will most definitely use for all future garage door issues.

Charlie did a good job of explaining the various repair options for my broken cable which included updating all of my rollers, cables, installing safety cables on the existing springs...after the initial price shock of upgrading everything, we settled on the cable repair without any hard sales and Charlie took care of everything quickly and professionally!
