I was so frustrated with my garage door I almost drove my car through it to solve it! I had seen one of your trucks the other day and it stuck in my mind. So I called today and 2 hours later Bill showed up and fixed the whole thing in a snap. He saved what was an awful day and was super friendly too! Amazing service!!!!! I wanted to click Bill Roberts name in the Technician List but he's not there. :(

Over the past 7 years, Precision has both installed and performed repairs on our garage door and its components. My spring broke and I knew I'd need it fixed soon. They offered to do it that night, but I was fine waiting until the morning. Charlie was very pleasant, polite, patient, explained everything and helped me get exactly what I wanted (I ended up adding the roller replacements). He said their prices were a little higher than some of the competitors but their service was much better and they can offer longer warranties. I appreciated the honesty. It's rare to hear that from a company these days.

I always use Precision and I always ask for Luis because he works fast and does it right the first time. He also spotted a problem with the door panels before it became apparent and I was able to get the door replaced without having to deal with a jammed door that could not be opened. Great work guys

Service by Luis was awesome! He fixed the broken wall opener, remote opener, and was able to identify issues with the circuit that were keeping the door from closing intermittently. He also told me he could make the door more quiet and he did! I had no idea it didn't have to be so loud. Luis reviewed all the parts of my garage system with me and gave me great advice on how to maintain and when to replace. Thanks! Kathy

I am highly satisfied with the work that was done by Dylan and Luke. Dylan also gave me several maintenance tips to use in the future in order to keep the door in good working order. For clarification, the techs performed an door overhaul, but that selection isn't available in the dropdown box for the type of Purchases.

I couldn't believe that I was offered a service appointment for between 3:30 and 5:30 on a Saturday when I called at about 2:15 on that same Saturday! Eric called me at 3:00 and said he was about a 1/2 hour out; he rang my doorbell at 3:30. I left him to do his job while I rounded up the cat, who was trying to get into the garage, and when I returned about 10 minutes later, he was finished the work. It was a simple matter of replacing two screws that had come out and allowed a panel to come loose, keeping the door from closing properly. Eric explained clearly the problem, the solution, and in response to my request, provided me with complete information about replacing the garage door, which is original to the 20-year old house. He didn't try to upsell the product and answered all my questions clearly and completely. We're definitely going to replace the garage door, probably by the end of the month, and Precision will get the job.
